상기된 본 발명을 첨부된 도1에서 도2의 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 본 발명은 식당이나 가정의 주방에서 음식물 조리시나 설거지시에 발생되는 음식물 쓰레기 처리를 미생물과 수분조정제를 사용하지 않고 처리하는 음식물쓰레기 처리장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서 싱크대 설거지조(1)의 밑바닥에 설치된 배수구의 하부에 연결통(2)이 부착되고 상기 연결통(2)과 고무호스(3)로 연결되어 있으며 설거지시 발생하는 허드레 물을 배출할 수 있도록 설치된 배수구 노즐(5)과 밀폐형 안착대가 형성된 투입구통(4)의 내부에 형성되어 있는 밀폐형 안착대에 하부 접속부가 안착, 밀폐되어 있는 걸름통에 설거지시에 발생하여 투입된 음식물쓰레기를 상기 투입구통(4)에 쏟아 넣어 음식물쓰레기가 상기 투입구통(4)과 연결되어 있으며 분쇄물이 배출할 수 있도록 배출구 노즐(7)과 분쇄장치가 설치된 분쇄통(6)에 투입되면 물을 공급하여 물속에서 약 30초간 분쇄하면 음식물쓰레기는 톱밥크기 정도로 분쇄되어 물과 함께 물의 흐름을 따라 배출구 노즐(7)을 통하여상기 분쇄통(6)과 연결되어 있으며 분쇄물과 물이 함께 유입할 수 있도록 한 유입구 노즐(10)과 건조된 음식물 쓰레기를 취출할 수 있도록 한 배출구(15)와 배출구 입구를 개폐시킬 수 있도록 한 배출구 뚜껑(11)이 설치되고, 수증기와 공기를 배기 시키는 공기순환의 배출구 노즐(12)이 설치된 배출통(9)으로 유입이 되어 상기 배출통(9)과 연결되어 있으며 내부에는 탈수통과 탈수장치가 설치되고, 외각에는 가열장치와 탈수물을 배출시키는 배수구 노즐(14)이 설치되어 있는 탈수조 겸 건조통(13)으 안에 설치된 탈수통에 투입된 후 탈수통을 약 30초 정도 회전시키면 수분이 약 50% 정도 제거되고, 제거된 수분(탈수시 발생한 물)은 배수구 노즐(14)을 통하여 침전조(18)로 유입되고 탈수된 건더기 형태의 분쇄물(음식물쓰레기)은 탈수통 안에 잔류되어 있고, 탈수통 외각에 설치된 탈수조 겸 건조통(13)에 설치된 가열과 공기순환 및 공기 배출을 이용한 건조장치로 가열온도 150℃에서 약 40분 정도 건조시키면 부산물의 함수량 10% 이하, 감량 90%이상 염도 1% 이하로 처리 되도록 한 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 분쇄통(6) 안에 설치된 분쇄장치와 탈수조 겸 건조통(13)안에 설치된 탈수통을 동시에 회전시키는 동력장치가 설치되고, 탈수통은 특수코팅 되어 건조시 탈수통 내벽면에 밀착되어 있는 음식물쓰레기가 건조가 될수록 벽면에서 떨어져 처리가 쉽고, 상기 분쇄통 구조와 탈수조 겸 건조통 구조 동력장치(8)의 보호와 안전을 위한 카바통(16)과 카바통 밑판(29)이 설치되고 처리시 분쇄와 탈수과정에서 발생되는 폐수와 건조 과정에서 발생되는 수증기와 경미한 음식냄새는 폐수 정화장치(침전조형)(18,19,23,24)에 유입되어 소멸, 정화되어 배출하는 장치로 구성되어 이루어진 음식물쓰레기 처리장치 및 방법이다. 작동콘트롤은전자동으로 이루어져 있고 작동상태를 살펴보면 식당이나 주방의 싱크대에서 설거지시 발생하는 음식물쓰레기와 허드레 물이 싱크대 설거지조(1) 배수구를 통과하여 연결통(2)과 투입구통(4)안에 안착되어 있는 걸름통에 투입되어 음식물쓰레기는 걸름통 안에 걸리고 허드레 물은 걸름통의 배수구를 통과하여 배수구 노즐(5)과 배수관(25)을 통하여 하수구로 배출되며 걸름통 안에 담겨져있는 음식물쓰레기는 허드레 물이 완 전히 배수된 후에 걸름통을 밖으로 꺼내어 걸름통에 체류되어 있는 음식물쓰레기를 투입구(싱크대 설거지조 배수구)에 쏟아 부어 분쇄통(6)에 투입된 후에 걸름통을 투 입구통(2) 안에 안착시킨 다음 싱크대 위에 설치된 수도꼭지를 틀어 적당한 량의 물 (약0.5ℓ 정도)을 공급하면서 콘트롤판넬(17)의 작동버튼을 눌러서 동력장치(8)을 작 동시키면 분쇄장치와 탈수통이 동시에 작동이 이루어져 분쇄통(6)에 투입되어 있는 음식물쓰레기가 공급되는 물속에서 톱밥크기 정도로 분쇄되어 물과 함께 배수구 노 즐(7)과 유입구 노즐(10)이 연결된 배관을 통하여 탈수통에 투입되어 탈수통의 회전 에 의해서 수분이 50% 정도 제거되어 탈수통 내에 잔류가 되고 탈수된 수분은 탈수 통과 배수구 노즐(14)과 배수관(26)을 통하여 폐수 정화장치(18)로 유입되고 상기 폐 수 정화장치(18)에 유입된 폐수는 침전,소멸,정화되어 배수구 노즐(23)을 통하여 하 수구로 배출되고, 탈수통에 체류되어 있는 음식물쓰레기는 탈수통 외각에 설치된 탈 수조겸 건조통(13) 외각에 설치된 가열 및 공기순환과 배기로 이루어진 건조장치에 의하여 가열온도 150℃에서 약 40분 정도면 건조 처리되고, 건조 과정에서 발생되는 수증기와 경미한 음식냄새는 탈수조 겸 건조통(13) 상부에 설치된 공기순환 및 배기 구 노즐(12)과 연결되어 있는 송풍기장치(20,21,22,27,28)를 이용 공기와 함께 흡입하 여 흡입하여 폐수 정화장치(18)로 이송하여 처리되고, 건조가 완료되어 탈수통에 체 류되어 있는 부산물은 탈수조 겸 건조통(13)을 들어내고 배출구(15)를 통하여 탈수 통을 밖으로 꺼내어 탈수통에 담겨져 있는 부산물을 종량제 봉투나 용기에 쏟아부어 주면 된다.The present invention described above will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings of FIGS. 1 to 2 as follows.
