Description
Claims (21)
- 출력샤프트를 구동시키는 가변동력원 및 정동력원으로부터의 입력을 받아들이기에 적합한 차량 변속시스템에 있어서,복수의 부재를 구비하며, 가변동력원의 회동가능한 샤프트, 상기 정동력원의 회동가능한 샤프트 및 상기 출력샤프트에 동작가능하게 결합되는 결합 유성 기어장치와;상기 유성 기어장치의 부재에 결합되며, 상기 가변동력원에 반응하여 상기 가변동력원의 상기 샤프트의 회전에 따라 상기 출력샤프트의 회전에 영향을 미치는 토크 전달장치와;상기 정동력원 샤프트의 회전에 따라 상기 출력샤프트의 회전에 영향을 미치기 위해 상기 결합 유성 기어장치의 다른 부재와 상기 정동력원을 선택적으로 결합시켜 상기 정동력원과 상기 결합 유성 기어장치 사이의 구동경로를 확정하는 클러치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결합 유성 기어장치는 태양기어, 링기어, 복수의 유성기어, 및 상기 태양기어와 링기어에 저널결합된 복수의 유성기어를 회동가능하게 지지하는 캐리어 어셈블리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 링기어는 상기 출력샤프트에 직접 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 토크 전달장치에 결합되는 부재는 상기 태양기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 결합 유성 기어장치의 상기 다른 부재는 상기 캐리어인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 토크 전달장치는 피니언 기어에 연결된 불기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가변동력원은 적어도 하나의 전기모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 전기모터는 가역모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 정동력원은 일정속도로 동작하는 내연기관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 정동력원의 상기 샤프트의 회전에 의해 상기 출력샤프트의 동작이 영향을 받지 않도록 상기 유성 기어장치의 상기 다른 부재와 거기에 연결된 상기 정동력원을 선택적으로 그라운딩시키기 위한 브레이크를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 시스템은 제1모드에서는 상기 출력샤프트가 상기 기계적 동력원에 의해 구동되고, 제2모드에서는 상기 출력샤프트가 상기 가변동력원에 의해 구동되며, 제3모드에서는 상기 출력샤프트가 상기 가변동력원과 정동력원의 조합에 의해 구동되도록 동작가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 가변동력원은 상기 변속시스템이 동작모드를 변화시키도록 동기된 속도로 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 태양기어, 출력샤프트에 연결된 링기어, 복수의 유성기어, 및 상기 태양기어와 링기어에 저널결합된 복수의 유성기어를 회동가능하게 지지하는 캐리어 어셈블리를 포함하는 유성기어 세트와;상기 태양기어의 회전을 야기시키는 상기 가변동력원 샤프트의 회전에 따라 상기 태양기어의 회전에 영향을 미치는 상기 가변동력원의 샤프트 및 상기 태양기어에 접속되어 상기 링기어와 상기 출력샤프트의 회전에 영향을 미치는 토크 전달장치를 포함하며,상기 유성 기어장치의 캐리어 어셈블리는 상기 유성기어 및 상기 링기어의 상기 캐리어 어셈블리의 회전에 선택적으로 영향을 미치는 상기 정동력원에 선택적으로 연결가능하며, 상기 출력샤프트의 회전에 영향을 미치는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 토크전달장치는 불기어에 연결된 피니언기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 불기어는 상기 태양기어에 직접 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유성 기어장치의 캐리어 어셈블리를 상기 정동력원에 선택적으로 연결하는 클러치를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 정동력원의 상기 샤프트의 회전에 의해 상기 출력샤프트의 동작이 영향을 받지 않도록 하기 위해 상기 캐리어 어셈블리와 거기에 연결된 상기 정동력원을 선택적으로 그라운딩시키는 브레이크를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 연속적으로 또는 변화하는 속도로 구동될 수 있고 제1의 기계적 동작모드, 제2의 전기적 동작모드, 또는 제3의 결합 동작모드로 동작가능한 구동샤프트를 갖는 차량 변속시스템에 있어서,복수의 부재를 구비하며, 가변동력원의 회동가능한 샤프트, 정동력원의 회동가능한 샤프트 및 상기 출력 구동샤프트에 동작가능하게 결합되는 결합 유성 기어장치와;상기 제1 및 제3동작모드에서는 상기 정동력원을 상기 결합 유성 기어장치에 연결하여, 상기 결합 유성 기어장치와, 상기 정동력원 샤프트의 회전방향에 따라 상기 출력샤프트의 회전에 영향을 미치는 상기 정동력원 사이의 구동경로를 확정하고, 상기 제2동작모드에서는 상기 정동력원에 의해 상기 출력 구동샤프트의 회전이 영향을 받지 않도록 상기 결합 유성 기어장치의 상기 부재를 그라운딩시키는 클러치 및 브레이크 메커니즘과;상기 결합 유성 기어장치의 다른 부재에 결합되며 상기 제2 및 제3동작모드에서는 상기 가변동력원의 상기 샤프트의 회전방향에 따라 상기 출력샤프트의 회전에 영향을 미치는 상기 가변동력원에 반응하며, 상기 제1동작모드에서는 상기 가변동력원에 의해 상기 출력구동 샤프트의 회전이 영향을 받지 않도록 충분한 토크를 생성하는 토크전달장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 가변동력원은 상기 변속시스템이 모드를 변화시키도록 하는 동기속도로 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 유성 기어장치는 태양기어, 상기 출력샤프트에 연결된 링기어, 복수의 유성기어, 및 상기 태양기어와 링기어에 저널결합된 복수의 유성기어를 회동가능하게 지지하는 캐리어 어셈블리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 토크전달장치는 불기어에 연결된 피니언을 포함하고, 상기 가변동력원은 상기 피니언과 불기어를 통해 상기 태양기어를 개재하여 상기 결합 유성 기어장치에 속도동기 및 연결되는 하나 이상의 가역 전기모터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 변속시스템.
