Claims (7)
- 인상축을 인상시켜서 고하중을 서포팅하는 유압나사잭으로서,상기 인상축(30)의 상승동작 후 이를 고정시키기 위해 인상축(30)과 동일한 나사산 피치와 내경을 갖고 분할된 한쌍의 분할너트(51,52)를 구비하고,상기 한쌍의 분할너트(51,52)가 상호 조립,해체 가능하도록 체결수단을 통해 상기 인상축(30)에 조립되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할너트를 갖는 유압나사잭.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 체결수단은, 상기 분할너트(51,52)의 양단측 플랜지부에 삽입된 볼트 (61)와, 이 볼트(61)에 나사결합되는 너트(62)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 분할너트를 갖는 유압나사잭.
- 인상축을 인상시켜서 고하중을 서포팅하는 유압나사잭으로서,상기 인상축(30)의 상단부에 구면운동 가능하게 설치되어 회전/경사 변위를 흡수하는 반구형 베어링(102)과;상기 반구형 베어링(102)의 상면에 안착되어 지지하중체에 직접 맞닿는 어퍼플레이트(110)를 포함하되,상기 어퍼플레이트(110)의 틸팅동작도 가능하도록 상기 어퍼플레이트(110)와인상축(30)과의 사이에 틸팅변위허용틈새(C1)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다변위 흡수형 유압나사잭.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 인상축(30)의 상단부에 외장형으로 베어링 하우징(200)이 결합되고, 이 베어링 하우징(200)에 상기 반구형 베어링(102)이 구면운동 가능하게 설치되어 회전/경사 변위를 흡수토록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 다변위 흡수형 유압나사잭.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 반구형 베어링(102)과 상기 어퍼플레이트(110)의 사이에는 수평변위를 흡수하기 위한 불소수지판(104) 및 스테인레스판(106)이 개재되되,상기 어퍼플레이트(110), 불소수지판(104) 및 스테인레스판(106)에 수평변위허용틈새(C2)가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다변위 흡수형 유압나사잭.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 스테인레스판(106)과 어퍼플레이트(110)의 사이에는 충격을 흡수하기 위한 탄성패드(108)가 더 추가되어 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 다변위 흡수형 유압나사잭.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 인상축(30)에는, 이 인상축(30)과 동일한 나사산 피치와 내경을 갖고 분할된 한쌍의 분할너트(51,52)가 상기 체결수단을 통해 나사조립되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다변위 흡수형 유압나사잭.
