Abstract

PURPOSE: A cellular phone having battery pack used as a mounting kit is provided to improve convenience and marketability on use by having the battery pack capable of perpendicular type mounting. CONSTITUTION: A body(10) has a microphone and a speaker. A battery pack(22) is rotatably combined with the body(10) at its one side. A rotation control device controls the battery pack(22) so that the rotation of the battery pack(22) is performed by an external force. The rotation control device includes a hinge shaft(30) for being installed at one side of the body(10), and a hinge key(32) for being rotatably inserted and installed in the hinge shaft(30), being frictionally supported by the hinge shaft(30), and being inserted into a key groove(22a) of the battery pack(22).
