본 고안은 주방 싱크대의 개수대에 얹혀져 그릇이나 채소에서 물을 제거하는 주방용 탈수용기에 관한 것이다. 싱크대에서 식기 또는 각종 야채와 과일 등을 세척하게 되고 세척한 과일이나 야채는 별도의 그릇 즉 다공망으로 이루어진 바구니 등에 넣어 일정시간 야채에 묻은 물을 완전히 제거시킨 후 먹게되고 식기 등은 벽에 설치된 진열대나 싱크대의 보관대에 재치시켜 물기를 적당히 제거한 후 보관하게 된다. 물기가 완전히 제거되지 않은 식기는 수막현상으로 인해 진열대나 싱크대의 보관대에서 미끄러져 낙하로 인한 파손이 발생되는 문제와 또는 습기로 인한 녹 발생 및 고인물에 의한 각종 병균 및 먼지나 미생물이 물기가 남아있는 식기에 묻게되면서 비위생 상태로 변질되는 폐단이 발생되고 있다. 본 고안은 상기한 제반의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 고안된 것으로 특히, 탈수공이 다수형성된 망형의 용기와 상기 용기에 유착되고 길이를 신축가능한 지지대를 구성하여 싱크대의 계수대에 재치할 수 있도록 함으로서 세척후 과일이나 야채에 남은 물기를 완전히 제거할 수 있도록 함과 함께 구성이 간단하여 제작이 용이한 특징 및 절첩으로 보관이 편리하고 간단히 물을 제거를 할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한 고안이다.The present invention relates to a kitchen dehydration container that is placed on the sink of the kitchen sink to remove water from the bowl or vegetables.
