Claims (3)
- 버섯재배용 종균의 배양장치에 있어서, 액체종균배양기(1), 배지혼합발효기(2), 종균배지혼합접종기(3)로 구성되어 있고, 이 액체종균배양기(1)는 외부와 단열이 이루어지며 전열선을 사용한 가열장치(4)와 냉각수를 관을 통해 순환시키는 냉각장치(5)가 구비되어 있고 중앙에 순환관(6)이 형성되어 있는데 순환관의 상부에는 배출구멍(16a, 16b)이 형성되어 있으며 순환관(6)의 내측에 커터(7)와 스크류식 회전날개(8)가 형성된 회전축(9)이 구비되어 있고, 필터(10a, 10b, 10c, 10d)가 각각 구비된 블로워공기주입관(11)과 공기인입배출관(12)과 공기배출관(13)과 종균주입관(14)이 구비되어 있어 회전축(9)의 회전으로 내부에 채워진 물과 종균들이 순환관(6)의 위로 올라간 후 상부 측면에 형성된 배출구멍(16a, 16b)을 통해 순환관(6)의 외측으로 배출되어 물이 계속하여 순환하고 블로워공기주입관(11)으로 블로워공기가 주입되어 물에 산소가 공급되도록 되어 있으며,배지혼합발효기(2)는 통상의 버섯재배용 배지 원료를 발효하여 종균배지혼합접종기(3)에 투입할 수 있도록 되어 있고,종균배지혼합접종기(3)는 액체종균배양기(1)와 연결되어 밸브(17)를 열면 종균핵을 분사구멍(18)을 통해 균일하게 분사시킬 수 있는 종균토출관(19)과 혼합스크류(20)가 구비되어 있고, 살균, 소독을 위한 스팀식 가열장치(21)와 냉각수를 관을 통해 순환시키는 냉각장치(22)가 구비되어 있으며 배지투입구(23)와 접종배지배출구(24)가 형성되어 있고, 배지와 종균핵의 혼합물을 접종배지배출구(24)로 배출시키는 접종배지토출장치(25)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯재배용 종균의 배양장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 접종배지토출장치(25)는 스크류식 이송방식을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯재배용 종균의 배양장치.
- 버섯재배용 종균의 배양방법에 있어서, 실험실에서 플라스크에 버섯의 종균을 생성하여 선별하는 종균생성선별단계와,여러 가지 영양소가 함유된 물을 액체종균배양기(1)에 넣고 살균, 소독한 후 플라스크에서 생성된 종균을 상기 살균, 소독된 물에 넣어 25℃정도를 유지하면서 산소공급 및 순환시켜 종균을 증식시키고 앵두정도 크기의 종균핵 덩어리로 배양한 후 이 배양된 종균핵 덩어리를 잘게 분쇄하여 종균핵의 수를 증가시키는 액체종균배양단계와,톱밥과 쌀겨의 혼합물인 배지를 발효시키는 배지발효단계와,발효된 배지를 종균배지혼합접종기에 넣어 살균, 소독한 후 액체종균배양기(1)에서 배양되어 잘게 분쇄된 종균핵을 관의 내부를 통하여 살균, 소독된 배지에 접종하고 배지와 혼합하는 종균배지혼합접종단계와,종균과 배지의 혼합물을 비닐봉지에 담는 입봉단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯재배용 종균의 배양방법.
