Claims (6)
- 하기 (A) ∼ (C) 의 합계량에 근거하여,(A) 산가 30 ∼ 150, 유리전이온도 5 ∼ 90℃ 의 아크릴계 수지 74 ∼ 97.7 중량%,(B) 발수제 2 ∼ 20 중량% 및,(C) 알킬아미드카르복실산 또는 그 염과, 질소를 함유하는 염기성화합물의 혼합물로 이루어지는 방청제 0.3 ∼ 6 중량% 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강재를 윤활처리하기 위한 피복조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 발수제가 카르복실산에스테르, 금속비누, 폴리에틸렌 미분말 및 불소수지 미분말로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강재를 윤활처리하기 위한 피복조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 질소를 함유하는 염기성화합물이 알카노일아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 강재를 윤활처리하기 위한 피복조성물.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 피복조성물로 형성된 유기질 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활처리강재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유기질 피막의 부착량이 0.2 ∼ 6.0 g/㎡ 의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활처리강재.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 피복조성물을 강재에 도포하고, 도막을 50 ∼ 150 ℃ 의 온도에서 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활처리강재의 제조방법.
