Claims (1)
- 전로의 용강을 래들로 출강하면서 Fe-Mn합금철, 가탄재, Fe-Si합금철, Al탈산제, 생석회 및 형석의 순으로 투입하여 C:0.5∼0.8중량%의 경강선재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용강의 출강중에 상기 Al탈산제의 전장입량의 20∼40%를 먼저 투입하고 이어 상기 Fe-Mn합금철, 가탄재를 투입한후에 나머지 Al탈산제를 투입한 다음, 상기 생석회 및 형석을 투입하여 래들 슬래그의 염기도를 5∼7로 조정하고, 래들 슬래그의 산화도를 1.3중량%이하로 조정하는 것을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고탄소 경강선재 용강의 전로출강시 탈산방법.
