Claims (5)
- 내부에 절연매질이 수용될 수 있도록 컵형상을 가지며 축선방향을 따라 탄성변형이 가능한 다이아프램과; 내부에 상기 다이아프램의 수용공간이 형성되어 있으며 상기 다이아프램의 개구영역을 고정지지하여 상기 절연매질의 수용기에 고정되는 하우징과; 일단이 상기 다이아프램에 접촉되고 타단은 상기 하우징의 외부로 돌출되도록 배치되어 상기 절연매질의 압력변화에 따른 상기 다이아프램의 탄성변형에 대응하여 축선방향을 따라 슬라이딩 이동가능하게 상기 하우징에 결합되는 슬라이딩로드와; 상기 절연매질의 압력에 대응하여 상기 슬라이딩로드를 상기 다이아프램측으로 가압되도록 상기 슬라이딩로드에 탄성력을 가하는 탄성가압수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력설비의 절연매질 압력감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다이아프램의 개구영역에는 반경방향을 따라 연장되어 상기 하우징에 고정유지되는 고정유지부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력설비의 절연매질 압력감지장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 절연매질이 통과할 수 있도록 판면을 관통하여 형성된 통과공을 가지고 상기 하우징의 개구영역에 착탈가능하게 결합되어 상기 하우징에 대해 상기 다이아프램이 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 이탈방지커버부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력설비의 절연매질 압력감지장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 슬라이딩로드와 상기 다이아프램을 사이에 두고 배치되어 상기 다이아프램을 완충지지하는 완충지지부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력설비의 절연매질 압력감지장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 탄성가압수단은 상기 슬라이딩로드의 축선방향을 따라 신축가능한 압축코일스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력설비의 절연매질 압력감지장치.
