The media cassette apparatus

The present invention relates to a media dispenser, and more particularly, to a media cassette device in which media are stored in the media dispenser.

Guide pins 32 and 32 'are installed at both ends of the contact plate 30 as described above. Guide pins 32 and 32 'provided at both ends are symmetrical with respect to their installation positions. In order to solve such a problem, a configuration for fixing the plate 30 to the rear of the case 20 in a state where the plate 30 is retracted to the rear of the case 20 has been proposed.

However, in such a configuration, when the operator inserts the media cassette into the device without inadvertently releasing the fixed state of the plate 30, there is a problem that the supply operation of the media is not performed properly.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and to provide a media cassette device which is easier to handle.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a media cassette device having improved operation reliability.

The fastening ring piece is elastically supported in the direction that is always caught by the engaging portion by the elastic member.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, the operation of easily inserting the medium into the cassette of the medium cassette device can be easily performed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the operation of the media cassette device from being inadvertently made.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the media cassette device according to the present invention as described above will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

3 and 4 show the configuration of one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the drawing, a flat rectangular parallelepiped case 100 is provided with a storage space 102 in which a medium is stored. In addition, an outlet 103 through which the medium is discharged from the storage space 102 is formed on the front surface of the case 100. The rear end of the case 100 is formed so that the installation groove 105, which is installed below the fastening ring piece 120 to be described below is slightly projected to the outside. On one side of the installation groove 105, the interlocking hole 105 'is formed to communicate the inside and the outside of the case 100.

Inside the storage space 102, a compact plate 110 for always pushing the medium in the direction of the outlet 103 is installed. An elastic member (not shown), one end of which is supported at the rear end of the case 100, is provided on the rear surface of the wheat plate 110 to provide an elastic force to the wheat plate 110. In addition, a pair of support pieces 112 are formed at the center of the rear surface of the wheat plate 120, and a locking bar 114 is installed to support both ends of the support pieces 112.

On the other hand, the fastening ring 120 is installed in the installation groove 105 of the case 100 as shown in FIG. The fastening ring piece 120 is formed such that the locking jaw 124 that is caught on the locking rod 114 is extended to one side. The locking jaw 124 is formed to be inclined from the front end to the rear end so as to be smoothly guided and fastened to the locking rod 114 of the wheat plate 110. In addition, an interlocking portion 126 is provided on the opposite side of the locking jaw 124 around the rotating pin 122. The linkage part 126 extends to a position corresponding to the linkage hole 105 ′.

Next, a door 130 is provided for closing the space in which the media cassette device having the above configuration is mounted from the outside, and the door 130 is provided, for example, in the media dispenser. The door 130 is provided with a release member 132 to enter the interior of the interlocking hole 105 '. The release member 132 is for driving the fastening ring piece 120.

First, in a state in which the media cassette device is mounted in the automatic media dispenser, the fastening ring piece 120 is pressed by the release member 132 of the door 130 and is shown in FIG. 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the state of rotation is relatively clockwise. At this time, the release member 132 rotates the fastening ring piece 120 while overcoming the elastic force of the elastic member that is elastically supporting the fastening ring piece 120.

In this case, the locking jaw 124 of the fastening ring piece 120 is released from the locking bar 124 of the wheat plate 110, and the wheat plate 110 is moved toward the outlet 103 by an elastic member installed on its rear surface. As it is pushed, it presses on the medium. Therefore, the pick-up roller (not shown) for taking out the media one by one from the media cassette device and the media are in close contact with each other, so that a predetermined adhesion force is applied to facilitate the operation of taking out the media.

In the above state, the worker goes through the following work process to insert the medium into the storage space (102). First, the door 130 is opened. In this case, while the release member 132 is separated from the interlocking portion 126, the fastening ring piece 120 is rotated counterclockwise to the state of FIG. 4. However, since the plate 110 is still at the outlet 103 side of the storage space 102, the locking jaw 124 and the locking rod 114 are not fastened.

In other words, the pushing plate 110 is pushed to the rear of the case 100 so that the catching jaw 124 is caught by the catching rod 114. At this time, the locking jaw 124 is guided by the locking rod 114 by the inclination of the lower surface thereof and rotates in a clockwise direction with reference to FIG. 4, and the rear end of the locking jaw 124 opens the locking rod 114. When it passes, it is rotated counterclockwise again, and the locking jaw 124 is caught by the locking rod 114 to be in a state as shown in FIG. 4.

In this case, the wheat plate 110 is caught in the rear of the case 100 and is in a fixed state. Accordingly, the worker can easily insert the medium into the storage space 102. After the insertion of the media is completed, the operator can mount the media cassette device to the automatic media dispenser without releasing the fastening state of the contact plate 110. That is, when the case 100 is mounted on the automatic media dispenser and the door 130 is closed, the fastening state of the contact plate 110 is released.

In more detail, when the door 130 is closed, the release member 132 enters the installation groove 105 of the case 100 through the interlocking hole 105 'and is caught as shown in FIG. 4. Press the interlocking portion 126 of the fastening ring piece 120 in which the locking jaw 124 is hung on the rod 114. When the linking unit 126 is pressed, the fastening ring piece 120 is rotated clockwise about the rotation pin 122.

The locking jaw 124 is released from the locking rod 114 by the rotation of the fastening ring piece 120 as described above, and the contact plate 110 is pushed toward the outlet 103 by the elastic member on the rear surface thereof. The media is compressed.
