본발명은 토류판의 구조에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 중량이 현저히 줄어들면서도 강도가 향상되어 공사현장에 안전성이 증대되고 장기간 재사용이 가능하고 완전한 상품인 토류재를 공장에서 제작하여 현장에서 조립 완성함 으로서 물류비 절감 및 공사비용 절감을 가져오고 현장 환경을 깨끗하게 지키는 역할을 하게된다The present invention relates to the structure of the earth plate. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본발명은 roll 성형재인 (1)을같은 모양과 길이 세개를 그림1.과 같이 삼각형으로 배치하고 도2와 같이bolt (3)로 연결 고정함 으로써 고정강도를 극대화 하였다. 또 지반과의 고정부위는 도3의(4)인 screw anchor bolt를 사용함 으로써 지반과의 연결을간단하면서 완전하게 고정시키는 구조를 하고 있으며 연결성형재를 press 로 도3의(2)와 같이 성형을 하여 삼각형 꼭지점 부재가 토압에 의하여 밀려 나가는 것을 방지한다. 또 부분 형상이 삼각형 이므로 계속적인 연결이 가능하기 때문에 전체 절개지를 cover를 할수있다In order to achieve this purpose, the present invention maximizes the fixed strength by arranging the roll molding material (1) in the same shape and length in a triangle as shown in Fig. 1 and connecting them with bolts (3) as shown in Fig. 2.
