Abstract

본 발명은 교환기로부터 링톤 신호(ring tone signal)가 공급됨에 따라 전화벨이 울릴 경우 전화를 받는 측의 사용자가 착호를 중계대로 전환시키는 장치에 관한 것이다. 종래의 기술에 있어서는 걸려온 전화를 바로 끊으면, 경우에 따라서는 큰 피해를 당할 수 있을 뿐만아니라, 또한 발신 가입자로부터의 불신도 커지게 되는 결점이 있었다. 이에, 본 발명에서는 전화를 받는 측의 사용자가 받을 수 없는 착호를 중계대(6)로 전환시켜 중계대(6)에서 대신 전화를 받도록 한다. 따라서, 전화를 받을 수 없는 상황에서 착신되는 호에 대해서도 중계대(6)의 안내인이 응할 수 있도록 하므로 교환 서비스의 질이 향상되는 효과가 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for converting a call to a relay station by a user at a receiving side when a telephone ringing as a ring tone signal is supplied from an exchange.
