그리고 커어버는 일체형커어버와 분할형커어버로 나눌수 있는데 일체형커어버는 플로어힌지의 설치후 도어를 완전히 분리하지 않으면 박스형케이스를 개방시켜줄수 없기 때문에 힌지조립체의 위치조정이 불가능하다. 분할형커어버는 커어버의 일측에서 힌지조립체의 힌지축이 관통하는 힌지축공을 중심으로 하여서 나누어지는 작은면적을 갖는 제 1 커어버부분과 큰 면적을 갖는 제 2 커어버부분으로 이루어져 있어서 힌지축에 도어가 결합되어 있는 상태에서도 커어버의 분리가 가능하므로 박스형케이스를 쉽게 개방하여서 힌지조립체의 위치조정을 용이하게 할 수 있었다. 그러나 힌지축공이 힌지조립체의 위치조정에 대응하기 위해서는 힌지축이 관통하는 플로어힌지조립체의 캡크기보다 커야만 하는 것이기 때문에 분할형커어버와 플로어힌지조립체의 캡사이로 물이 스며들게 되어서 플로어힌지조립체의 위치를 조정하는데 사용되는 위치조정볼트의 부식을 초래하므로 플로어힌지조립체의 위치를 조정하는 것이 불가능해졌었고, 또 플로어힌지 조립체내부로 물이 유입되어서 플로어힌지의 고장을 초래하는 등의 문제점이 있었다.And the cover can be divided into integral cover and split cover.
