Claims (6)
- 진공보일러(34)로 증발탱크(10)를 가열시킴과 동시에 증발탱크(10) 및 응축탱크(14)내의 공기를 외부로 배출시켜 상기 양탱크(10, 14)내를 진공인 상태로 유지시킨 후 냉동회로를 가동시켜서 상기 냉동회로의 응축열로 분뇨를 끊여 수증기가 발생되도록 하는 응축과정과,상기 응축과정에서 생성된 수증기가 연결덕트(12)를 통해 응축탱크(14)로 이송되고 상기 냉동회로의 증발열을 이용하여 상기 이송된 수증기를 증류수로 변환시키는 증류과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 냉동회로를 이용한 열순환식 증류방법.
- 분뇨를 증발시켜 수증기를 생성시키는 증발탱크(10)와,상기 수증기가 이송될 수 있게 증발탱크(10)와 연결덕트(12)로 연결되고 증발된 수증기를 증류수로 변환시키는 응축탱크(14)와,상기 증발탱크(10)에 가열증기가 순환되는 예열코일(34a)이 설치되며 연결덕트(12)내의 온도를 감지한 후 전열히터에 공급되는 전기의 전압을 제어하여 증발탱크(10)내의 온도를 일정하게 유지시키기 위한 진공보일러(34)와,상기 증발탱크(10)에 분뇨를 끊이기 위한 응축코일(36)이 설치되고 상기 응축탱크(14)에 열회수를 위한 증발코일(38)이 마련되며 냉매를 압축하기 위한 압축기(40)와 압축된 냉매에서 윤활유를 분리하는 유분리기(42) 및 윤활유의 온도를 자동으로 제어하는 유냉각기(44), 응축기에서 응축된 냉매의 액체만을 과냉각기(48)로 보내도록 하는 수액기(46), 자동팽창변(50)전 온도가 항상 일정온도를 유지할 수 있게 자동조절이 가능하도록 되는 과냉각기(48), 압축기(40)로 흡입되는 흡입가스의 온도와 수증기의 포화증기 온도에 따라 자동조절되어 압축기(40)를 보호하는 자동팽창변(50)으로 이루어진 냉동회로의 관련구성을 특징으로 하는 냉동회로를 이용한 열순환식 증류장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 증발탱크(10)의 외부저면에는 배출되는 슬러지를 다시 고, 액상으로 분리시키는 고액분리기(26)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 냉동회로를 이용한 열순환식 증류장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 증발탱크(10)의 내부에는 분뇨가 끊는 과정에서 연결덕트(12) 및 응축탱크(14)로 넘어가는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 분뇨를 교반시키는 추진차(18)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 냉동회로를 이용한 열순환식 증류장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 응축탱크(14)의 증발코일(38)은 증발열을 회수할 수 응축탱크(14) 내부전체에 일정한 간격으로 감겨있고 전열면적을 넓게하며 또한 냉매의 이동속도에 의한 동압손실을 고려하여 내측에서 외측으로 여러개의 코일이 병열로 연결되어서 코일의 동압손실을 같게함으로써 각각의 코일로 흐르는 냉매의 량이 같아지도록 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 냉동회로를 이용한 열순환식 증류장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 응축탱크(14)에는 증발탱크(10) 및 응축탱크(14)내부의 수증기온도가 105℃에서 110℃정도로 유지되도록 공기를 뽑아내어 진공상태로 만들어주는 진공펌프(14a)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 냉동회로를 이용한 열순환식 증류장치.
