Description

Easy-to-maintain sewer drainage well and pipe installation structure}Easy-to-maintain sewer drainage well and pipe installation structure

The present invention relates to a sewage collection well and pipeline installation structure that facilitates internal maintenance. More specifically, it relates to a sewage collection well and pipeline installation structure that facilitates internal maintenance by improving the connection configuration of the sewage collection well and the pipeline connected to the collection well, thereby enabling easy cleaning of sediment and various types of sludge accumulated inside the collection well and within the pipeline.

Generally, catch basins that collect and drain rainwater are buried in the ground, such as roads and parks, so that rainwater can be discharged along the drainage channels during rain.

In other words, the system is designed so that when a certain amount of rainwater fills the sump, it can be sent to a purification facility or sewer through a pipe connected to the sump.

The above sump is formed by pouring concrete to create a square or circular volume, or recently, it is also installed using products molded from materials such as FRP, PVC, and PE.

While sumps are manufactured from various materials as described above, products made of concrete with internal rebar have long been primarily installed and used, although the choice depends on the location where the sump is buried.

On the side of the sump, one or two connection installation holes are formed to connect to the pipe, and on the upper side in line with the ground, a steel grating is installed to serve as a stepping stone from the outside and to allow rainwater to flow in smoothly.

The above-mentioned pipeline is also a pipe made of concrete or synthetic resin, and since it is mainly manufactured in lengths of more than a meter and must be buried underground, concrete products (Hume pipes) that have high strength and satisfy watertightness have been used.

As time passes after the burial of the conventional sump and pipeline as described above, sediment and sludge accumulated inside the sump must be cleaned, and sludge accumulated inside the pipeline connected to the sump must be cleaned.

Since various debris and fallen leaves carried in with rainwater enter along with the soil and cause pipe blockages, recently, screens that allow only smaller substances (suspended matter, sediment) to pass through are additionally installed on the lower side of the grating installed at the top of the sump.

Most of the above sumps have a small interior, so a single worker cannot easily enter them. Furthermore, for cleaning work, the grating installed as a cover on the top must be lifted up, and a vacuum hose connected to a vacuum device must be inserted into the main body of the sump and cleaned by suction, which has the disadvantage of not being an easy working condition.

Typically, the various sediments that accumulate on the bottom of the sump are soil carried in with rainwater, and there is a problem in that the work takes a long time because the adhering sediment is not easy to suck up.

In order to clean the sludge inside the pipe connected to the above-mentioned chip culvert, the corresponding pipe among the consecutively connected pipes must be removed to secure the interior of both sides, and then a specialized sludge removal device must be inserted to remove the sludge. After the cleaning of the inside of the pipe is completed, the pipe must be reconnected. However, this has the disadvantage of taking an unnecessarily long time for excavation work because all the soil (sediment) in which the pipe is buried must be removed in order to separate the pipe or reconnect it in the future.

This is because it takes longer than the initial excavation work required to bury the pipelines. Typically, pipeline connections are sealed with waterproofing materials (mortar, silicone, rubber packing, etc.) to ensure watertightness, and leak inspections to verify that these materials have been installed correctly have been time-consuming.

Typically, pipelines are installed with an overall slope to ensure smooth drainage, particularly between catch basins or connecting them to drainage channels. However, as mentioned above, this slope may change depending on the weight of the pipeline after excavation for internal cleaning or reconnection. This presents a problem where waterproofing cannot be achieved at the connection points between pipelines, leading to a larger construction scope.

In particular, since leakage at the connection points of pipes leading to sumps and at the connections between pipes can cause ground subsidence and lead to sinkholes, leak inspection to ensure that waterproofing materials have been perfectly installed is a very important aspect.

Ultimately, existing sumps have the problem that a significant amount of work time and equipment must be invested to clean the interior of the main body and the pipes.

The first filter net (S1) above can be connected to or separated from the bottom of the grating (2) by a separate, easily detachable connecting member (omitted in the drawing).

That is, rainwater or contaminated water flowing in through the grating (2) with the first filter net (S1) applied to the bottom as described above is filtered in the first filter net (S1) and the passage (S1-1) and filtered so that it can pass through the inner lower part of the collection well (1).

Meanwhile, a treatment tank (4) for collecting sediment and sedimentation materials that flow in with rainwater is detachably provided on the inner bottom of the above-mentioned sump (1). Here, the treatment tank (4) is preferably made of preservative or dustproof wood that does not rot easily in water, or is made of a synthetic resin type, and is configured so that it can be easily lifted upwards by providing a separate lifting hook on the top.

The pipe (3) connected to the lower side connector (1-1) of the above sump (1) supports the pipe (3) until it is filled with soil, and a support member (5) that supports the pipe while it is embedded in the ground when it is filled with soil is installed to support the bottom of the multi-point pipe (3).

The above pipe (3) is made of concrete or synthetic resin, and an equipment inlet (3a) for internal cleaning is provided at a suitable location along the length.

A plug (3-1) for sealing is detachably provided in the equipment input port (3a), and a rubber strap (3-2) for waterproofing is installed wrapped around the outer side of the plug for sealing.

Meanwhile, the above-mentioned pipe (3) is configured in a cylindrical shape, but can be formed in a square shape. When configured in a square shape, the sump (1) and the connecting member (1-1) described below are configured in a square shape according to the shape of the pipe, and can be installed by being inserted into the inner diameter of the connecting member by a semi-square support member (6) that supports the square pipe (3), and the opposite side of the pipe can also be configured to be connected to the same pipe.

Looking at the configuration of the above support member (5), it is made of stainless steel material that is generally corrosion-free, and as shown in the attached FIGS. 4 and 5, it is configured to include a pipe support member (5-1) with a screw shaft (5a) attached at the middle of the bottom surface in a semicircular shape that guides the bottom of the pipe (3) and supports the pipe, a nut member (5-2) that is fastened to the screw shaft (5a) of the pipe support member (5-1) to adjust the height of the pipe support member, a nut guide member (5b) that is provided on the upper side to receive the lower side of the nut member (5-2) so as not to detach, a guide hole (5c) that receives the screw shaft (5a) through the nut guide member (5b) is provided, a support plate (5-3) with pin holes (5d) provided on both sides, and a fixing pin (5-4) that passes through the pin holes (5d) and supports the support plate (5-3).

The above nut member (5-2) can be rotated using a separate spanner or by providing a handle as shown in the drawing.

A rubber-based cushioning pad (P) with a cushioning effect is further applied to the inner surface of the pipe support part (5-1) that supports the bottom surface of the above pipe (3) so as to reduce the impact received by the pipe.

Meanwhile, the connector (1-1) provided in the above-mentioned sump (1) for connecting the pipe (3) is manufactured from a synthetic resin material, and a semicircular support member (6) manufactured from a urethane-based material having a cushioning structure for connecting the pipe (3) is guided and connected to fit the outer diameter of the pipe (3) and the inner diameter of the connector (1-1).

The operation regarding the connection and installation of the sump and the pipeline according to the sewage sump and pipeline installation structure for easy internal maintenance of the present invention, configured as described above, and the operation regarding internal cleaning are as follows.

Typically, after excavating to the appropriate depth to install the sump (1) and the pipe (2), the pipe (30) is connected and installed starting from the connection port (1-1) on the sump (1) side while maintaining the level of the sump.

The pipe (3) inserted into the above connector (1-1) is installed by inserting it into the inner diameter of the connector by means of a semicircular support member (6), and the opposite side of the pipe is connected to the same pipe, but is installed in a manner that extends by connecting in a shape that gradually has an incline.

At this time, regarding the above-mentioned pipe (3), the direction of the equipment inlet (3a) formed in the pipe is connected so that it is positioned on the upper side of the centerline of the pipe. This is to minimize contact with the water being drained as much as possible when draining along the pipe. In the future, when cleaning the inside of the pipe, the rubber strap (3-2) wrapped around the outside of the inlet (3a) can be untied and the sealing plug (3-1) can be removed, allowing professional cleaning equipment to be inserted into the equipment inlet (3a) from an easy position to perform cleaning. When cleaning is completed, the sealing plug (3-1) can be closed again to block the equipment inlet (3a) and the rubber strap (3-2) can be wrapped around it to prevent leakage.

The slope adjustment of the pipe (3) connected as described above is achieved by supporting one or more support members (5) at the bottom of the pipe relative to the length of the pipe, as shown in the attached FIG. 4, when connecting the pipes. This allows the pipes to be connected while adjusting the overall slope.

As shown in the attached Fig. 5, the above support member (5) supports the pipe support part (5-1) at the bottom of the outer diameter side of the pipe (3), and the height of the inclination can be adjusted by using the lower side nut member (5-2) to fasten the screw shaft (5a) on the pipe support part (5-1).

This allows the screw shaft (5a) to be fastened while the lower part of the support plate (5-3) provided on the lower side of the nut member (5-2) is guided by the nut guide part (5b), thereby allowing the screw shaft (5a) to be lowered through the guide hole (5c) of the support plate (5-3) and thus the height can be adjusted so that the inclination of the pipe (3) can be precisely adjusted.

The support plate (5-3) in the above state is in a state where the fixing pin (5-4) penetrates the pin holes (5d) on both sides and is embedded in the ground.

As described above, the continuous connection of the pipe (3) and the support installation of the support member (5) maintain the slope up to the corresponding point of the pipe, and maintain the pipe in a form that is buried in the ground when filling with soil.

A separate cushioning pad (P) is attached to the inner side of the pipe support portion (5-1) of the above support member (5) and is supported in contact with the pipe (3), thereby serving to protect the pipe from external impact.

Meanwhile, with the soil filling completed, a treatment tank (4) is placed on the inner bottom of the sump, a second filter net (S2) is installed on the inlet side of the connection port (1-1), a first filter net (S1) that primarily filters out foreign substances from rainwater flowing in through the grating (2) is installed on the upper side of the sump (1), and the grating (2) is placed on the upper side of the final sump to complete the construction.

In the cut water collection well according to the present invention, when rainwater and contaminated water from road cleaning flow in through the grating, foreign substances passing through the grating (2) are relatively caught by the first filter net (S1), and the rest are collected in the water collection well (1) and simultaneously drained through the pipe (3).

In order to clean the sludge that accumulates in the pipe (3) over time, the soil, which is a settling material that is usually introduced along with the flowing water, is excavated again and the rubber strap (3-2) and plug (3-1) wrapped around one of the pipes are removed to open the equipment inlet (3a), and the cleaning equipment is inserted to perform internal cleaning.

Since internal cleaning of these pipelines can be performed without disconnecting the pipeline connections, cumbersome work processes such as disconnecting the pipelines, reconnecting them after cleaning, preventing leaks at joints, and inspecting for leaks can be eliminated in the future.

In particular, as described above, since the pipes (3) are maintained in a tilted state by the support member (5), internal cleaning of the pipes (3) is performed more efficiently, and after cleaning, it is advantageous to maintain a leak-free pipe by only using a plug (3-1) and a rubber strap (3-2) at the equipment inlet (3a).

Meanwhile, contaminated water flowing into the sump is filtered as it passes through a first filter net (S1) located at the bottom of the grating (2) and at the edge of the inner wall surrounding the sump. Here, rainwater and contaminated water are also filtered and passed through a passage (S1-1) provided in the center of the first filter net (S1). Large foreign particles (e.g., fallen leaves, various floating and settling debris, etc.) are caught in the first filter net, and the foreign particles collected in the first filter net can be easily cleaned by lifting the grating.

As described above, the soil sediment in the rainwater and contaminated water that has passed through the first filter net (S1) is collected in the treatment tank (4), and some of the small foreign substances are filtered out through the second filter net (S2) on the inlet side (1-1) and drained along the pipe.

The above treatment tank (4) can process sediment by lifting it from the outside with the grating separated.

Alternatively, without fully opening the grating, cleaning can be performed more conveniently by inserting a suction-type cleaning hose into the interior with the plug (2-2) open from the inlet (2-1) provided in the grating and sucking up the sediment collected in the treatment tank.
