Abstract

The present invention relates to a foldable mobile phone holder that is easy to handle.

Foldable Cell Phone Stand

The present invention relates to a foldable mobile phone stand that is easy to handle, and more specifically, to a mobile phone stand that can be folded into a fountain pen shape for portability and unfolded into a tripod shape for use.

A mobile phone stand refers to an accessory that allows you to place and use a mobile phone, such as a smartphone.

Mobile phone mounts currently being developed and sold are classified according to their installation location, such as car mounts or indoor mounts. Indoor mounts are further categorized by their form factor into phone case-integrated mounts, phone-attachable mounts, clip-on mounts, and stand-type mounts, resulting in a wide variety of mobile phone mount products being released.

Carrying a mobile phone stand around for use when needed, rather than using it only in one location, entails various limitations. Stands integrated into phone cases or those that attach to the phone are inconvenient to carry because they are permanently attached to the phone, posing a problem that hinders the use of the phone for other purposes. Additionally, commercially available clip-on and stand-type stands are bulky, making them difficult to carry comfortably.

To solve the above-mentioned problems, the purpose of the foldable mobile phone holder according to the present invention is as follows.

The objective of the present invention is to provide a mobile phone stand that can be folded to a small size so that it can be stored in a pocket or pencil case and easily used anywhere when going out.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a foldable mobile phone holder that is convenient to fold and unfold in a one-touch manner.

The foldable mobile phone holder according to the present invention is configured as follows to solve the above problem.

A mobile phone holder is provided, comprising: a main body including a first front support and a second front support, having an inverted V-shape when the mobile phone holder is unfolded; a clip body connected between the first front support and the second front support of the main body and functioning as a rear support when the mobile phone holder is unfolded; and a pair of movable supports protruding from the first front support and the second front support, respectively, and functioning to support a mobile phone; wherein when the mobile phone holder is folded, the first front support, the second front support, and the clip body come into contact with each other, thereby reducing the volume when carried.

The present invention can produce the following effects through the above-mentioned solution means.

First, the product can be unfolded for use and folded into a small size when not in use, improving storage efficiency.

Second, convenience is improved by creating a structure where each part moves automatically with a small movement of the user, rather than operating the folding and unfolding operations one by one by hand, so that multiple parts can be operated easily.

Third, it has a clip function, so it can be conveniently stored in a pocket when going out.

Fourth, the mobile phone stand has an overall triangular structure and uses three support points, providing safety from shaking or vibration.

Fifth, regarding the unfolding movement of the main body, instead of using multiple parts that need to be connected by hinges, a bending section is provided and the thickness is made thin so that it can be easily bent, thereby making the main body into a single part. This allows for structural robustness and minimizes the number of parts, which reduces manufacturing costs and prevents breakdowns.

The present invention is largely composed of a main body (100), a clip body (200), and a movable base (300), each having a structure that allows them to move around a connecting bolt or axis, and has an additional structure including auxiliary parts such as pads and springs.

When the mobile phone stand is folded, it resembles a fountain pen in shape and is compact, making it easy to carry. The first front support and the second front support of the main body (100) are brought together in contact with each other, and the clip body (200) is placed on top of them. When the mobile phone stand is folded, the front support insertion part (122), which is the area where the clip body overlaps with the first and second front supports, is formed in a shape that is cut inward by a depth corresponding to the width of the clip body jaw (215) shown in FIG. 7. A movable support (300) is placed on each of the first front support (101) and the second front support (102) of the main body. The connecting portion (205) of the clip body is connected to the central connecting portion (105) of the main body by a connecting bolt (212). Each connecting portion (205, 105) has a comb-like shape of protrusions and indentations, so when overlapped according to the shape of the protrusions and indentations, the bolt assembly groove (216) of the clip body and the bolt assembly groove (121) of the main body overlap to form a through hole through which a single connecting bolt can pass. Since the clip body acts as a rear support, the angle at which the clip body unfolds can be adjusted. The anti-detachment projection (120) serves to help the connecting bolt (212) enter by aligning the hole of the central connecting portion (105) of the main body and the connecting portion (205) of the clip body.

FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view for explaining the operation of a movable support according to an embodiment of the present invention.

A movable support spring (314) connected to the movable support is placed inside the movable support holder (113) in which the movable support (300) is stored, so that when the mobile phone stand is unfolded, the movable support (300) protrudes from the movable support holder (113) due to the elasticity of the movable support spring. Looking more closely, the movable support spring is a pin spring that is fixed by the spring cover (316) and the anti-detachment projection (318) of the movable support, and may have a shape partially similar to a safety pin or a clip. The movable support (300) rotates around a rotation axis (313) placed inside the movable support holder.

A first protrusion (312) and a second protrusion (317) are arranged on the movable base to guide the range of rotational movement. The first protrusion (312) comes into contact with the protrusion (214) formed on the inner surface of the clip body during the folding motion of the mobile phone holder, thereby functioning to rotate the movable base so that it enters the holder (113). The second protrusion (317) functions to guide the end point of rotation during the rotational movement in which the movable base protrudes during the unfolding motion of the mobile phone holder. That is, the point where the second protrusion (317) comes into contact with the wall (103) of the lower part of the main body becomes the end point of rotation.

In the rear view of the main body, the first front support (101), the second front support (102), the bending part (116), the central connecting part (105), the spring moving guide (117), and the main body unfolding spring (118) can be seen. The middle part of the main body unfolding spring (118), which has a pin spring structure, is configured to surround the spring moving guide (117), and both ends are inserted into and fixed in the fixing holes (112) formed in the first and second front supports, respectively.
