Abstract

The present invention relates to a liquid pack with an integrated straw, and more specifically, to a liquid pack with an integrated straw that improves production efficiency by reducing manufacturing costs and simplifying the manufacturing process without requiring separate packaging or attachment of a straw, and that allows convenient drinking of beverages while reducing plastic waste by not using plastic packaging for straws.

The present invention relates to a liquid pack with an integrated straw, and more specifically, to a liquid pack with an integrated straw that improves production efficiency by reducing manufacturing costs and simplifying the manufacturing process without requiring separate packaging or attachment of a straw, and that allows convenient drinking of beverages while reducing plastic waste by not using plastic packaging for straws.

In order to solve the inconvenience of having to purchase a separate straw when using a liquid pack, a liquid pack with a straw attached has been distributed, which has a straw individually wrapped in plastic attached to the outside of the liquid pack with adhesive so that it can be used right away.

However, this increases waste such as vinyl and adhesives, which causes environmental pollution, so beverage containers with attached straws, as shown below, are being developed recently.

However, cups with straws attached, such as those in the above patent document, had the problem of being difficult to drink the beverage to the end and having to tilt the cup while using it, which reduced convenience.

The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid pack with an integrated straw that improves production efficiency by reducing manufacturing costs and simplifying the manufacturing process without requiring separate packaging or attachment of a straw, and allows convenient drinking of beverages while reducing plastic waste by not using plastic packaging for straws.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid pack with an integrated straw that has a double-sealed body to prevent foreign substances from entering the straw before use.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid pack with an integrated straw that prevents the straw from entering the body by allowing the straw to rise together with the handle when the handle is held and raised, and that allows the straw to be easily separated with the strength of the hand, thereby improving the convenience of use by allowing the straw to be taken out simultaneously with opening the cover during use.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid pack with an integrated straw that prevents contamination of the inside of the liquid pack and the straw before use by ensuring that the straw and the straw hole and the outside are securely sealed.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid pack with an integrated straw that provides improved convenience by allowing the straw to extend to a length suitable for drinking a beverage without coming out when the user removes the cover.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention can be implemented by an embodiment having the following configuration.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a liquid pack comprising: a main body capable of containing a drinkable liquid; a straw having a folding portion built into the main body and having a length-adjustable portion that can be taken out by a user and formed with a discharge portion and a suction portion; a straw hole formed as a hole into which the straw is inserted in the main body so that one side of the discharge portion of the straw can be brought out; and a cover that covers the discharge portion and the straw hole of the straw built into the main body together to seal the inside of the main body; wherein the cover is characterized by a straw-integrated liquid pack including a handle portion that can be held by a user.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the lid is characterized by a straw-integrated liquid pack, characterized in that it further includes a lid adhesive portion formed at a portion in contact with one end of the discharge portion and a body adhesive portion formed at a portion in contact with the body.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the cover is characterized by a straw-integrated liquid pack, characterized in that it further includes a flat portion that comes into contact with one end of the straw discharge portion, a side portion formed on the edge of the flat portion, and a straw fixing portion that protrudes inwardly from the side portion so that the straw can be easily separated by the grip strength of the hand while allowing the straw to rise outward together when the handle is held and raised.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the straw fixing portion may be formed at the lowest end of the side portion so that the lower end can come into contact with the main body when the cover is assembled with the main body and the straw, and the main body adhesive portion is formed on the surface that comes into contact with the main body.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the straw includes a lower straw portion formed at a lower side based on the folded portion when the straw is extended to its longest length, and an upper straw portion formed at an upper side based on the folded portion and capable of protruding out of the main body when a user uses the straw, and the lower straw portion is characterized in that it includes a stopper that prevents the straw from being completely separated from the main body when a user takes the straw out.

The present invention can obtain the following effects through the combination and use of the configuration described above and the following examples.

The present invention has the effect of improving production efficiency by reducing manufacturing costs and simplifying the manufacturing process without having to separately package or attach a straw, and providing a liquid pack with an integrated straw that allows convenient drinking of beverages while reducing plastic waste by not using plastic packaging for straws.

Additionally, it has the effect of providing a liquid pack with an integrated straw that has a double seal to prevent foreign substances from entering the straw before use.

In addition, when you hold the handle and lift it, the straw comes out together, preventing the straw from going inside the main body, and it is easy to separate with the strength of your hand, so that when you open the cover and use it, you can take the straw out at the same time, which improves the convenience of use.

Additionally, it has the effect of preventing contamination of the inside of the liquid pack and the straw before use by ensuring that the straw and the straw hole are firmly sealed from the outside.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a straw-integrated liquid pack according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In the following description of the present invention, if a detailed description of a known function or configuration is determined to unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description will be omitted. Throughout the specification, when a part is said to "include" a certain component, this does not mean that other components are excluded, but rather that other components can be further included, unless specifically stated otherwise, and also the term "...part" described in the specification means a unit of a configuration having at least one function.

The present invention is a straw-integrated liquid pack (1) that solves the problem of increasing waste such as plastic and adhesive in a conventional liquid pack with a straw attached by attaching a plastic individually wrapped straw to the outer surface of the liquid pack with an adhesive, thereby improving production efficiency and greatly improving convenience of use through the effects of reducing manufacturing costs and simplifying the manufacturing process.

To this end, looking at FIG. 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, the straw-integrated liquid pack (1) may include a configuration of a main body (10), a straw (20), a straw hole (30), and a cover (40).

The above body (10) is configured to contain a drinkable liquid, and the liquid may be a beverage, but is not limited thereto. Any material capable of containing liquid, such as paper or synthetic resin, may be used. Any shape capable of containing liquid, such as a cup, a hollow cylinder, or two layers of vinyl with bonded edges, may be used.

The above straw (20) is configured to be used by inserting it into the main body (10), and may include detailed configurations of a folding portion (21), a discharge portion (22), a suction portion (23), a lower straw portion (24), an upper straw portion (25), and a stopper (26).

The above folding part (21) is configured to be built into the main body (10) so that the user can adjust the length while pulling it out, and is preferably manufactured in the form of a plurality of overlapping straws in a sliding manner. As can be seen in (a) of Fig. 2, in order to minimize the overall length of the straw (20) by embedding most of the straw (20) inside the main body (10) before use, two or more folding parts (21) may be formed.

The above-mentioned discharge portion (22) is the uppermost part of the straw and is the part through which the user drinks beverage with his/her mouth when using the liquid pack (1).

The above suction part (23) is the lowest part of the straw and is the part through which the user inhales the beverage when using the liquid pack (1).

The lower straw portion (24) may be formed as a lower portion based on the fold portion (21) when the straw (20) is extended to its longest length by sliding the fold portion (21), and the suction portion (23) may be formed. When two or more fold portions (21) are formed, the lower portion (24) is formed as a lower portion based on the fold portion (21) formed at the lowest portion when the straw (20) is extended to its longest length.

The upper straw portion (25) may be formed as a portion formed on the upper side with respect to the fold portion (21) when the straw (20) is extended to its longest length by sliding the fold portion (21). When two or more fold portions (21) are formed, the portion formed on the upper side with respect to the fold portion (21) formed at the lowest side with the straw (20) extended to its longest length is the upper straw portion (24).

The above stopper (26) may be formed at the top of the lower straw portion (24), and is configured to prevent the straw (20) from being completely separated from the main body (10) when the user pulls the straw (20) out of the main body (10). When the user removes the cover (40), the straw (20) is extended to a length suitable for drinking a beverage without coming out, thereby improving convenience. For convenience in manufacturing, as can be seen in FIG. 1, it is preferable to manufacture the straw (20) so that one end is rolled up to partially make the diameter of the straw (20) larger than the straw hole (30). In addition, any shape that prevents the straw (20) from coming out of the straw hole (30) may be used.

The above straw hole (30) is a hole into which the straw (20) is inserted in the main body (10), and is preferably formed so that one side of the discharge portion (22) of the straw (20) can come out to the outside. As can be seen in FIG. 1, when using a straw (20) having two or more sliding folding portions (21), the upper straw portion (25) above the stopper (26) can be formed with a diameter smaller than the stopper (26) and larger than the upper straw portion (25) so that the entire upper straw portion can come out to the outside of the main body (10), and the empty space between the straw (20) and the main body (10) can be filled with a foil or paper material that can be shredded by the straw (20). In addition, it is preferable that a part of the upper straw portion (25) be outside the main body (10) even before use, which makes it easier to prevent the straw (20) from entering the main body of the integrated straw liquid pack (1) before use.

The above cover (40) is configured to seal the inside of the main body by covering the discharge portion (22) and the straw hole (30) of the straw (20) built into the main body (10) together before use, and may include a handle portion (41), a flat portion (42), a side portion (43), a cover adhesive portion (44), a main body adhesive portion (45), and a straw fixing portion (46).

The above handle part (41) is configured so that the user can hold it with his/her hand when using the integrated straw liquid pack (1), and as shown in (b) of FIG. 2, the straw (20) can be easily extended to a length suitable for drinking a beverage, and as shown in (c) of FIG. 2, the cover (40) can be easily removed. When the user pulls the handle part (41) to pull the straw (20) out of the main body (10), the length of the straw (20) protruding from the straw hole (30) is preferably 5 to 12 cm for easy use.

The above-mentioned flat portion (42) can be formed in a flat circular shape as a portion that comes into contact with one end of the discharge portion (22), and is preferably formed with a diameter larger than the straw hole (30).

The above side portion (43) is a wall formed at a certain height on the edge of the above flat portion (42), and due to the above flat portion (42) and the side portion (43), the cover (40) has an overall shape of a lid with a concave interior. Depending on the height of the side portion (43), the height at which the discharge portion (22) is exposed to the outside of the main body (10) can be determined, and the exposed height is preferably about 2 mm to 10 mm.

The above-mentioned cover adhesive portion (44) is formed on the inside of the flat portion (42) at the part where one end of the discharge portion (22) touches the cover portion (40) of the straw-integrated liquid pack (1) before use, and an adhesive that is harmless to the human body and can be attached and detached with force, such as silicone, can be used. By fixing a certain part of the discharge portion (22) so that it protrudes outside the main body (10) before use, the discharge portion (22) can be sealed from the outside, thereby preventing contamination of the straw (20) and the inside of the main body (10).

The above body adhesive portion (45) is formed in a portion of the straw-integrated liquid pack (1) that comes into contact with the body (10) before use, and may be formed of the same material as the cover adhesive portion (44). Due to the configuration of the cover adhesive portion (44) and the body adhesive portion (45), the straw (20) and the body (10) can be sealed from the outside in a double manner before use.

The above straw fixing portion (46) is configured to protrude inwardly from the side portion (43) so as to be in contact with the straw (20) in the integrated straw liquid pack (1) before use, and the protruding portion can be in contact with the straw (20) protruding from the outside of the main body (10) to fix the position of the straw (20) before use, and when formed at the lowest end of the side portion (43), the main body adhesive portion (45) can be formed up to the lower portion that is in contact with the main body (10), so that the area of the main body adhesive portion (45) becomes relatively wide, and thus the sealing of the main body (10) and the straw (20) becomes more secure, and a part of the main body adhesive portion (45) also comes in contact with the straw (20), so that the fixation of the position of the straw (20) before use becomes more secure, and thus the straw (20) is reliably prevented from entering the main body (10). More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), when a portion of the upper straw portion (25) in the direction of the discharge portion (22) is protruded outside the main body (10), the straw (20) is prevented from entering the main body. As shown in FIG. 3 (b), when the straw (20') is sealed inside the main body (10') with only the flat portion (42') and the main body adhesive portion (45'), the straw (20') may fall into the main body (10'), resulting in a case where the user cannot use the straw (20'). However, when the flat portion (42), the side portion (43), the cover adhesive portion (44), the main body adhesive portion (45), and the straw fixing portion (46) are formed as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the straw (20) can be reliably prevented from falling into the main body (10).
