상기한 과제를 실현하기 위한 본 발명에서는, 우선 도면을 통하여 설명하고, 실시예를 통하여 구체적으로 설명한다. 도 1은 기존 병마개(외캡과 내캡)와 용기입구가 결합한 단면도이다. 외캡(15)의 차단판(08) 하부면에 설치된 제1이너링(12)에 내캡(16)을 끼운다. 내캡(16)을 끼운 외캡(15)을 용기입구에 결합하면, 내캡은 용기입구 내부에 삽입되어 머무른다. 내캡(16)의 저장 공간(18)에는 알약(10)을 보관한다. 용기(30)의 저장 공간(43)에는 용액(42)을 보관한다. 도 2는, 본 발명에 의하여, 용기입구 내부면에 돌출턱(걸림턱)을 설치한 단면도이다. 용기입구(31)의 내부면(35)의 일정 깊이에 원주를 따라 중심부를 향하여 다양한 형상의 걸림턱(36)을 일정 높이로 설치한다. 걸림턱(36)과 걸림턱(36)의 사이에는 상하가 뚫린 배출구(45)를 설치한다. 걸림턱(36)의 높이는 용기입구 상부면(34)으로부터 용기의 허리 부위(37)에 이르는 길이보다 짧게 설치한다. 외캡(15)의 차단판(08) 하부면(06)에 제1이너링(12)과 제2이너링(13)을 설치한다. 외캡의 몸체 측면(02)으로부터 중심부를 향하여 중공의 원통형인 제 2 이너링(13)과 제1이너링(12)의 순서로 차단판(08)과 일체형으로 설치한다. 상기 두 이너링(12, 13)은 원주를 따라 중공의 원통형으로 설치한다. 외캡(15)이 용기입구(31)에 결합 시에 제 2 이너링(13)의 외부면(11)은 용기입구(31)의 내부면(35)과 강하게 밀착한다. 걸림턱(36)의 상부면(39)과 용기입구 내부면(35)은 일정 크기의 상부 공간(41)을 형성한다. 상부가 개방되고 중공의 원통형인 컵 형태의 내캡(16)은 외캡(15)의 제1이너링(12)에 끼워진다. 내캡(16)의 일정 위치에 하나 이상의 배출구(19)를 가질 수 있다. 외캡(15)의 차단판(08) 하부면의 제2이너링(13)과 몸체 측면(02)의 사이에는 링 타입의 실링 부재(14)를 끼울 수 있는 공간을 원주를 따라 설치한다. 도 3은, 본 발명에 의하여, 용기입구 내부면에 돌출턱(걸림턱)을 설치한 평면도이다. 용기입구(31)의 내부면(35)의 원주를 따라 중심부를 향한 일정 간격으로 돌출형 걸림턱(36)과 배출구(45)를 두 개 이상을 설치한다. 도 4는, 본 발명에 의하여 투피스 병마개가 용기입구에 결합한 단면도이다. 내캡(16)은 상부가 개방되고 중공의 원통형으로서, 알약(10)을 저장하는 저장 공간(18), 내캡 몸체(21), 바닥면(20)으로 구성된다. 바닥면(20)에는 하나 이상의 상하가 관통한 배출구(19)를 가질 수도 있다. 내캡의 몸체(21)는 외캡(15)의 제1이너링(12)의 외부면(11)과 결합한다. 도 5는, 본 발명에 의하여 투피스 병마개가 용기입구에 결합한 도 4의 A-A'에 대한 단면도이다. 바깥쪽에서부터 중심부까지의 순서를 기술한다. 1) 외캡의 몸체 측면, 2)외캡의 나사선(07)과 용기입구 나사선(32), 3) 용기입구 몸체(44) 4) 외캡의 제2이너링(13), 5) 걸림턱(36)과 배출구(45), 6) 내캡 몸체(21), 7) 외캡의 제1이너링(12), 8) 내캡의 바닥면(20)의 순으로 구성한다. 도 6은, 본 발명에 의하여 내캡을 돌출턱(걸림턱)에 걸어 논 상태를 나타내는 부분 확대 단면도이다. 걸림턱 상부면(39)에 내캡 걸림턱(17)을 걸어 놓은 상태의 단면도이다. 내캡(16)이 아래로 빠지지 않는 효과를 갖는다. 내캡 걸림턱(17)은 내캡 몸체(21)의 상부면의 직경 보다 항상 큰 상태를 유지하며 원주를 따라 수평면으로 돌출하여 설치된다. 내캡 걸림턱(17)의 직경은 항상 용기입구(31)의 내경 보다 작게 설치되어 배출구(45)를 막지 않아야 한다. 도 7은, 본 발명에 의하여 내캡을 돌출턱(걸림턱)에 끼워 논 상태를 나타내는 부분 확대 단면도이다. 걸림턱(36)의 내부면(40)에 원주를 따라 내캡의 몸체(21)가 끼워진 상태를 나타내는 단면도이다. 제2이너링(13)의 역할은 외부 공기와의 차단 기능을 가지며, 제1이너링(12)은 내캡(16)의 저장 공간(18)과 용기(30)와의 차단 기능을 갖는다. 도 8은, 본 발명에 의하여 실링부재를 장착한 구조에 관한 부분 확대 단면도이다. 용기입구 상부면(34)과 외캡(15)의 차단판(08) 하부면(06)의 사이에 위치하며, 외캡(15)의 나사선(07)이 용기입구(31)의 외부면의 나사선(32)과 결속 시에 차단 기능을 갖는다. 본 도면에서 설명하는 실링부재(14)의 구조는, 중심부는 일정 크기로 천공되고 상하로 탄성을 갖는 링타입이다. 외캡 몸체 측면과 제2이너링(13) 사이에 끼워진다. 도 9는, 제1이너링이 내캡 몸체 상부면의 요철 홈에 삽입된 상태의 부분 확대 단면도이다. 제1이너링(12)의 하단 부위가 내캡의 몸체 상부면(23)의 요철홈(24)에 삽입된 상태를 설명한 부분 단면도이다. 요철홈(24)은 내캡 몸체 상부면에 일정 깊이의 홈으로 설치되며 원주를 따라 설치된다. 상기 도면들을 근거하여, 실시 예를 통하여 설명한다. 외캡(15)과 내캡(16)이 결합한 병마개가 용기입구에 결합는 제품이다. 기존 제품 구조의 치명적인 결함은 외캡과 용기입구 간의 결합으로는 그 차단성이 부족하고, 내캡 속의 저장 공간(18)에 보관 중인 알약(10)도 용기 내에 존재하는 액체 내용물의 습기로부터 차단성이 부족하다. 따라서 본 발명에서는 용기입구 내부면(35)에 걸림턱(36)을 설치하여 상부 공간(41)을 확보함으로서 제2이너링(13)과 용기입구 내부면(35)의 밀착 공간을 확보하여 용기 내부와 외부와의 차단성을 높이는 구조를 갖는다. 또한 내캡(16)의 몸체의 상부면(23)에 요철홈(24)을 설치하여 제1이너링(12)의 하단부위를 밀착시킴으로서 차단성을 갖는 기능을 구현한다. 본 발명에 있어서 용기 내부면의 배출구를 대신하여 내캡 몸체(21)의 외부면을 상하 수직 방향의 일정 깊이로 톱니형 요철 홈(25)으로 처리하여 용기 냅부의 액체 내용물의 배출구를 설치할 수도 있다. 사용 방법은 외캡을 개봉하면, 용기입구에 삽입된 내캡과 분리되어 외캡만 개봉된다. 마시는 동작에 의하여 내캡 저장 공간의 알약(10)은 그대로 흘러 나오고 용기 내부 공간의 액체 내용물은 배출구를 따라 흘러 나오게 된다. 본 발명에서 고안한 내용을 다른 분야인 어떠한 포장 제품 류, 기계 설비류, 각종 시설류 등에도 일부 또는 전부를 적용 또는 응용할 수 있다.
본 발명은, 용기입구의 상부가 개방되고 용기입구 외부면의 원주를 따라 돌출로 나사선을 갖는 용기와 중공의 원통형으로서 하부가 개방되고 상부면이 차단되는 차단판(08)과 몸체 측면(02)으로 구성되며 그 몸체 측면의 내부면에 원주를 따라 돌출형 나사선을 구비하고 몸체 측면 하부면에 원주를 따라 브릿지로 연결되는 스커트를 구비한 외캡과 이 외캡의 차단판 하부면의 제1이너링에 결합하는 내캡으로 구성되는 병마개에 있어서, 용기입구의 내부면에 원주를 따라 중심부를 향하여 돌출형으로서 일정 높이를 갖는 돌출턱(걸림턱)을 하나 이상 갖는 것과; 돌출턱(걸림턱)과 돌출턱(걸림턱) 사이에 상하가 관통되는 통로 즉 배출구를 하나 이상 갖는 것과; 차단 판의 하부면에 일체형으로서, 원주를 따라 직경이 다른 중공의 원통형 이너링(제1, 2 이너링)을 하나 이상 구비하는 것과; 돌출턱(걸림턱)의 상부면으로 부터 용기입구 내부면이 끝나는 높이 까지 일정한 공간을 원주를 구비하는 용기입구의 내부 구조와; 제1이너링의 하부 부위가 삽입이 가능한 요철홈을 몸체 상부면에 원주를 다라 구비하는 내캡과; 병마개의 차단판 하부면 설치된 이너링과 결합하는 용기입구 내부면에 설치되는 다양한 형상과 구조에 관한 모든 것이다.
상기 돌출턱(걸림턱)은, 용기입구 상부 면으로부터 허리부위 또는 용기 바닥 부위까지의 길이 보다 항상 짧은 높이를 가지며, 용기입구 내부면의 원주를 따라 중심부를 향하여 돌출형으로서 다양한 길이, 다양한 폭, 다양한 형상과 구조를 하나 이상 용기입구 내부면에 가질 수 있다.
본 발명은, 용기입구 내부 공간에 삽입되는 다양한 형상의 병마개(내캡)에 있어서, 서로 마주보는 걸림턱 사이의 직경에 맞추어 끼워지거나 돌출턱(걸림턱)들의 상부면에 얹혀지는 구조를 갖는 다양한 형상의 내캡에 관한 모든 것에 관한 것이다.
