Description

Container For Truck With Self Washing Function}Container for Truck with Self-Washing Function

The present invention relates to a loading box for a tow truck having a self-cleaning function, and more particularly, to a loading box for a tow truck having a self-cleaning function that stays between the head of the vehicle and the front panel of the loading box when the tow truck is in operation, and is operated when the loading box of the vehicle needs to be cleaned to remove foreign substances stuck to the side panels and the rear panel of the loading box of the vehicle.

Top trucks are commonly used to transport cargo. A top truck is a vehicle equipped with a loading platform. While in use or parked, foreign matter can adhere to the side panels and rear panels of these trucks, causing them to become dirty.

When a regular passenger car gets dirty, it can be cleaned at an automatic or self-service car wash. Therefore, drivers often wash their cars freely at either an automatic or self-service car wash.

In contrast, because tow trucks have taller garages and longer lengths than passenger cars, tow truck drivers may have difficulty finding nearby automatic or self-service car washes. Consequently, tow truck drivers tend to neglect regular car washes and drive their vehicles for extended periods in dirty conditions.

Vehicles, including forklifts, can be easily cleaned with water alone when initially soiled with foreign substances. However, when heavily soiled, even complex cleaning procedures may not be sufficiently effective. Therefore, it is recommended that vehicles, especially forklifts, be washed when they are initially soiled. However, forklift drivers are often busy transporting cargo and have difficulty finding suitable car washes nearby, which often leads to them missing the initial washing period.

The frame moving means (300) may have various shapes and structures depending on the various shapes and structures of the rail (100).

The frame movement motor (400) is installed in the frame (200) and causes the frame movement means (300) to move along the rail (100). The frame movement motor (400) is coupled to the frame movement means (300) as illustrated in FIG. 5. The frame movement motor (400) may be directly coupled to the frame movement means (300). For example, one or two rotation axes of the frame movement motor (400) and one or two wheels of the frame movement means (300) may be axially coupled to each other. At this time, one or two wheels of the frame movement means (300) are fitted to the rail (100) and can move along the rail (100) without being separated from the rail (100). Meanwhile, the frame movement motor (400) may also be indirectly coupled to the frame movement means (300) by a belt or a chain. For example, a sprocket is coupled to the rotation axis of a frame movement motor (400), and a frame movement means (300) is formed by two wheels connected by a rotation axis and a sprocket coupled to the rotation axis, and the sprocket of the frame movement motor (400) and the sprocket of the frame movement means (300) are connected to each other by a chain, so that the frame movement motor (400) and the frame movement means (300) can be coupled. At this time, the two wheels of the frame movement means (300) are fitted to the rail (100) and can move along the rail (100) without being separated from the rail (100). The frame movement motor (400) can be electrically connected to the battery (1000) through a switch (1010), as illustrated in FIG. 5. Thus, when the switch (1010) is turned on, it receives electricity from the battery (1000) and operates to move the frame moving means (300) along the rail (100). In the present invention, the battery (1000) may be installed in the vehicle for operation of the vehicle, or may be installed inside the space of the frame (200) separately from the battery for operation of the vehicle.

The frame (200) can be formed by being installed vertically over the entire height direction of the front plate (12), side plates (13 and 15), or rear plate (14) of the loading box (10), as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2. The frame (200) is open in a direction toward the front plate (12), side plates (13 and 15), or rear plate (14) of the loading box (10) (hereinafter, referred to as the “opening direction” ), while an opposing plate (220) is formed in a direction opposite to the opening direction, and two side plates (210 and 230) are formed in a direction lateral to the opening direction. Therefore, the frame (200) is open in the opening direction, but the direction opposite to the opening direction and the side with respect to the opening direction are closed. The frame (200) may also be formed to extend so as to be bent toward the upper surface plate (11) of the loading box (10), and may further include an upper plate (240) that closes upwards in the extended portion. A frame movement motor (400) may be installed in the upper plate (240). The frame (200) may also be formed to extend so as to be bent downwards in the bottom plate (16) of the loading box (10), and may further include a lower plate (250) that closes downwards in the extended portion.

The water injection pipe (500) is arranged vertically in the internal space of the frame (200), as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4. A plurality of water injection ports (510) or water injection nozzles are formed in the water injection pipe (500) in the opening direction of the frame (200). A water storage tank (600) is arranged in the internal space of the frame (200) to store water. A water pumping means (700) is arranged in the internal space of the frame (200), and as illustrated in FIG. 5, pumps water stored in the water storage tank (600) and transfers it to the water injection pipe (500), so that the water injection pipe (500) sprays water through the water injection ports (510) or water injection nozzles. The water pumping means (700) may be configured as a compression pump or a motor. The water pumping means (700) can be electrically connected to the battery (1000) via a switch (1010), as illustrated in FIG. 5. Thus, when the switch (1010) is turned on, it receives electricity from the battery (1000) and operates, causing the water spray tube (500) to spray water through the water spray port (510).

The rotating brush (800) can be rotated by being vertically arranged in the internal space of the frame (200), as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4. The rotating brush (800) has a structure in which a brush body (820) is mounted on a vertically formed rotating shaft (810). A plurality of microfiber cloth pieces (822) are integrally formed on the brush body (820). When the rotating brush (800) rotates, it contacts the side plates (13 and 15) and the rear plate (14) of the loading box (10) toward the opening direction of the loading box (10). The brush rotation motor (900) rotates the rotating brush (800). The brush rotation motor (900) can be directly coupled to the rotating shaft (810) of the rotating brush (800) through a shaft coupling (910), as illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4. A rotation shaft support member (920) that supports a rotation shaft (810) of a rotation brush (800) may be installed on the lower plate (250) of the frame (200). The rotation shaft support member (920) allows the rotation shaft (810) to be inserted and rotate stably. Meanwhile, the brush rotation motor (900) may be electrically connected to a battery (1000) via a switch (1010), as illustrated in FIG. 5. Thus, when the switch (1010) is turned on, it receives electricity from the battery (1000) and operates to rotate the rotation brush (800).

Before self-cleaning is performed in the loading box (10) for a top vehicle of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the frame (200) remains between the head (20) of the vehicle and the front plate (12) of the loading box (10). In this state, when power for self-cleaning is input, the self-cleaning process is performed.

Specifically, when the switch (1010) in FIG. 5 is turned ON, the frame movement motor (400), the water pumping means (700), and the brush rotation motor (900) are operated. Then, the frame (200) moves along the rail (100) by the frame movement means (300). That is, the frame (200) moves sequentially through the front plate (12), one side plate (13), the rear plate (14), and the other side plate (15). In the meantime, the water spray pipe (500) sequentially sprays water onto the front plate (12), one side plate (13), the rear plate (14), and the other side plate (15) of the loading box (10). At the same time, the rotating brush (800) sequentially rubs the front plate (12), one side plate (13), the rear plate (14), and the other side plate (15) of the loading box (10). By doing so, a self-cleaning process is performed to remove foreign substances from the side plates (13 and 15) and the rear plate (14) of the loading box (10).

According to one example of the present invention, as illustrated in FIG. 3, when the frame (200) moves along the rail (100) in the order of the front plate (12), one side plate (13), the rear plate (14), and the other side plate (15) of the loading box (10), the water spray tube (500) may be disposed forward with respect to the moving direction of the frame (200), and the rotary brush (800) may be disposed rearward. Thus, water is first sprayed onto the front plate (12), one side plate (13), the rear plate (14), and the other side plate (15) of the loading box (10), and then the rotary brush (800) rubs them in sequence. At this time, the ultra-fine fiber cloth piece (822) of the rotating brush (800) is lowered by its own weight when not rotating, but when rotating, it spreads out vertically with respect to the rotation axis (810) and sequentially comes into contact with the front plate (12), one side plate (13), the rear plate (14), and the other side plate (15) of the loading box (10).

According to another example of the present invention, as illustrated in FIG. 4, water spray tubes (500) may be arranged one on each side of the rotating brush (800). That is, two water spray tubes (500) may be arranged with the rotating brush (800) in between. Then, when the frame (200) moves along the rail (100) in the order of the front plate (12), one side plate (13), the rear plate (14), and the other side plate (15) of the loading box (10), and when the frame (200) moves along the rail (100) in the reverse direction of the order, water is first sprayed onto the front plate (12), one side plate (13), the rear plate (14), and the other side plate (15) of the loading box (10) at any time, and then the rotating brush (800) rubs the front plate (12), one side plate (13), the rear plate (14), and the other side plate (15) of the loading box (10).

When the frame (200) passes from the front plate (12) to the side plate (13) and the rear plate (14) and reaches the end of the side plate (15), the frame moving means (300) reaches the end of the rail (100) and thus cannot proceed any further. Then, an operation can be performed to place the frame (200) back at the initial position, i.e., the front plate (12).

This return to the original position operation may be performed automatically by a programmed control unit or may be performed manually by a switch operation. For example, the automatic control by programming may be performed by controlling the frame movement motor (400), the water pumping means (700), and the brush rotation motor (900) to perform the return to the original position operation when the control unit detects that the frame (200) has not moved forward for a predetermined period of time. For the manual operation by the switch operation, for example, the switch mode may be configured as a three-stage mode consisting of forward, stop, and reverse, and when the switch mode is set to the forward mode, the frame (200) moves forward along the moving direction while washing is performed, in the stop mode, washing is stopped, and in the reverse mode, the return to the original position operation may be performed.

It is possible to perform the washing operation even in the return to the original position operation. However, in terms of the arrangement of the water injection pipe (500) and the rotating brush (800) illustrated in FIG. 3, the washing operation performed in the return to the original position operation may not be efficient. Therefore, the return to the original position operation may be designed so that the washing operation is not performed. That is, the water pumping means (700) and the brush rotation motor (900) do not operate, and only the frame movement motor (400) operates quickly to quickly move to the original position.

On the other hand, in terms of the arrangement of the water spray pipe (500) and the rotating brush (800) illustrated in FIG. 4, the cleaning operation can be smoothly performed even during the return to the original position operation. That is, the cleaning operation can be smoothly performed not only while the frame (200) moves from the starting point to the end point of the rail (100), but also during the return to the original position operation. That is, in any case, the cleaning operation can be performed more effectively by performing the scrubbing operation with the rotating brush (800) after the water is sprayed.

According to the above configuration, in the loading box (10) for a top car of the present invention, the frame (200) remains between the head (20) of the vehicle and the front plate (12) of the loading box (10) when the top car is in operation, and when the loading box (10) of the vehicle needs to be washed, the frame movement motor (400), the water pumping means (700), and the brush rotation motor (900) are operated to remove foreign substances stuck on the side plates (13 and 15) and the rear plate (14) of the vehicle loading box (10). Accordingly, the loading box (10) for a top car of the present invention has a self-cleaning function, so that the side plates (13 and 15) and the rear plate (14) of the loading box can be easily washed when they are in an initial contamination state, which is convenient.
