상측에 방진망 롤이 내장된 롤케이스(31)가 구비되고, 양측 프레임 부재(30)는 내측에 레일홈(32)이 형성되어 방진망(33)을 풀어 내리거나 올릴 때 방진망(33)의 양측단부를 안내하며, 하측 프레임(34)에는 방진망(33) 하단에 구비된 잠금바(35)의 잠금락(35r)이 작용하는 키퍼를 구비한 방진망 조립체(3);로 이루어지되, 내부에 사각공간(20s)이 구비되고, 상기 사각공간(20s) 내벽(21)의 후미 끝 가장 자리에 단턱(22)이 형성되며, 프레임 외측 표면에 방충망(20m)이 장착된 방충망 조립체(2);와,
상기 방충망 조립체(2)는, 프레임의 두께가 방진망 조립체(3)의 프레임 두께보다 더 두껍게 형성함과 동시에 방충망 조립체(2)에 방진망 조립체(3)를 조립했을 때, 롤케이스(31) 표면이 방충망 조립체(2)의 표면과 동일하거나 더 돌출되지 않게 형성하여,
상기 방진망 조립체(3)를 방충망 조립체(2)의 사각공간(20s)에 끼운 뒤, 방진망 조립체(3)의 가장자리와 방충망 조립체(2)의 사각공간(20s) 내벽(21) 사이를 실리콘 처리하여 고정시키고,
