Abstract
The present invention provides a window bottom gap sealing device comprising an elastic member installed between rails of a window frame to provide elasticity to a rising member, a rising member installed in a rail groove to be able to be raised and lowered while the elasticity of the elastic member is in effect, a rising member that is in close contact with the bottom surface of a door to seal the gap between the door and the window frame and at the same time raises the bottom surface of the rail groove, thereby minimizing the accumulation of foreign substances in the frame groove, and a windbreak member formed on one side of the middle portion of the upper surface of the rising member to close the bottom surface of the door and have a windbreak means to block the gap between the door and the rising member. The effect of the present invention is that the rising member is raised by the elasticity of the elastic member, thereby providing an effect similar to lowering the depth of the rail groove, thereby minimizing the accumulation of foreign substances between the rail grooves of the window frame, and above all, since the windbreak means is structured to be raised by the elastic member and the rising and lowering member and in close contact with the bottom surface of the door, it prevents foreign substances from entering through the gap between the door and the window frame. It is a very useful invention that can block the inflow of wind, rain, dust, and noise.
Description
The present invention relates to a window bottom gap sealing device, and more specifically, to a window bottom gap sealing device for blocking the inflow of outside wind, rainwater, dust, and noise through the gap between a door and a door frame and a window and a window frame, that is, between the bottom of a door and a window and the rail groove of the door frame and the window frame.
In general, windows are a general term for doors and windows that allow or block the interior and exterior from each other, as well as door frames and window frames (hereinafter referred to as window frames). Most doors and windows (hereinafter referred to as doors) are placed on rails formed in the window frames and slide along the rails to move.
In this way, the door is structured to rest on the rail of the window frame, so a gap inevitably forms between the bottom of the door and the rail groove.
In addition, outdoor air flows into the room through these gaps, or indoor air escapes to the outside, resulting in serious waste of heat energy.
Therefore, in recent times, mohair is inserted between the rail and the side of the door to improve windproofing, insulation, dust blocking, and soundproofing, but this has the disadvantage of being very wear-resistant, and when the mohair wears out and ages, fine hairs fly out, which is very harmful to the human body.
Of course, a structure has been disclosed that blocks the rail and the door with a rubber or soft gasket instead of mohair, but this has excellent sealing power because the gasket uses elastic materials such as rubber, silicone, and synthetic resin, but on the other hand, the friction is very high and it has a weak nature, so there is great friction when the door moves left and right, and the door becomes stiff and does not open and close smoothly, etc., and has the disadvantage of that.
In addition, since the gasket is stuck in a thin gap between the door and the rail, if the door is pushed toward the rail or pressure is applied while moving, the gasket is pressed against the rail and chewed, and if damage occurs as a result, the gasket has the disadvantage of reduced airtightness.
In addition, deep rail grooves are formed between the rails of conventional window frames. If foreign substances such as bugs and dust accumulate in the rail grooves, it becomes difficult to remove the foreign substances inside. If foreign substances accumulate in this way for a long time, it can also become a factor that poses a threat to the hygiene of residents.

The purpose of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems is to provide a structure that blocks the gap between the bottom of a door and a window frame to prevent the inflow of wind, rain, dust, and noise, and makes the depth of the rail groove of the window frame shallow, thereby minimizing the accumulation of foreign substances in the rail groove, and providing a window that is easy to clean and therefore hygienic.
According to an embodiment of the present invention for achieving the above-described purpose, the solution comprises: an elastic member installed between rails of a window frame to provide elasticity to a rising plate member; a rising plate member installed in a rail home so as to be able to go up and down while the elasticity of the elastic member is applied, and in close contact with the bottom surface of the door to seal the gap between the door and the window frame while simultaneously raising the bottom surface of the rail home, thereby minimizing the accumulation of foreign substances in the frame home; and a windbreak member having a windbreak means formed on one side of the middle portion of the upper surface of the rising plate member so as to come into close contact with the bottom surface of the door and block the gap between the door and the rising plate member.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the windbreak means is composed of a sponge or a soft gasket having elasticity, and the sponge or gasket is characterized in that it is adhered to the windbreak member by an adhesive or detachably connected to the windbreak member by a fitting.

First, it should be noted that among the drawings, identical components or parts are indicated by the same reference numerals as much as possible. In addition, in describing the present invention, specific descriptions of related known functions or configurations are omitted in order to avoid obscuring the gist of the present invention.
A window bottom gap sealing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is a structure capable of sealing a gap between a rail groove (C) formed in a window frame (B) and the bottom of a door (A).
The technical configuration of the present invention for this purpose comprises an elastic member (110) that is coupled to a rail groove (C) between the rails (R) of a window frame (B) to elastically support the bottom surface of a rising plate member (120), a rising plate member (120) that seals the gap between the door (A) and the window frame (B) while the elasticity of the elastic member (110) acts to simultaneously raise the bottom surface of the rail groove (C) to minimize the accumulation of foreign substances in the rail groove (C), and a windbreak member (130) that is formed on one side of the middle portion of the upper surface of the rising plate member (120) and is provided with a windbreak means (132) that is in close contact with the bottom surface of the door (A) to block the gap between the door and the rising plate member (120).
The above windbreak means (132) is composed of a sponge or a soft gasket having elasticity. The sponge or gasket may be attached to the upper surface of the windbreak member (130) by an adhesive (not shown) or may be inserted into a fitting groove (131b) formed in the windbreak member (130) by a fitting joint (132a) so as to be detachably connected.
In addition, the above windbreak means (132) is formed on the upper surface of the windbreak means support member (131), and the above windbreak means support member (131) is configured to be fitted and connected to both ends of a rising plate member (120) that is formed separately as a pair.
At this time, in order to connect the windbreak support member (131) and the rising plate member (120), a connecting projection (131a) or a connecting groove is formed at both ends of the windbreak support member (131), and a connecting groove (121) or a connecting projection corresponding to the connecting projection (131a) or the connecting groove of the windbreak support member (131) is formed at one end of the rising plate member (120) so that they are connected to each other.
The above elastic member (110) may be composed of a compression coil spring or an elastic plate, and at this time, the elastic member (110) may have any structure as long as it is fixed to the bottom of the rail home (C) of the window frame (B) and can elastically raise the rising plate member (120).
The reason why the rising plate member (120) is pushed upward by the elastic member (110) at this time is that the degree of adhesion of the rising plate member (120) may vary depending on the height of the bottom surface of the door, and the degree of adhesion can be made constant by the elastic member (110).
In addition, it is preferable that the above-mentioned rising plate member (120) be configured so that it can be raised and lowered on the elastic member (110) but cannot be separated from the elastic member (110).
It is preferable that the above elastic member (110) be fixed to the rail groove (C) by being inserted between the rails of the window frame (B) or by being joined with a screw or the like.
In this way, the present invention effectively blocks wind from entering through the gap between the window frame (B) and the lower end of the door (A) by forming a windbreak means (132) on the upper surface of the rising plate member (120), i.e., the windbreak member (130), to prevent wind from coming into contact with the lower surface of the door (A).
Therefore, it is a structure that can have various functions, such as windproofing, insect repelling, rainwater penetration, blocking fine dust, and noise blocking, and above all, raising the floor surface of the rail home (C), preventing foreign substances from accumulating and making them easy to remove, thereby facilitating cleaning.
