Abstract
본 발명은 자동차용 헤드램프 커버에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 헤드램프의 전면부에 눈이 쉽게 쌓이거나 도로의 이물질이 헤드램프를 오염시켜 헤드램프의 조명을 차단하여 야간 운행 시 운전자의 시야를 가리게 됨에 따라 안전운전을 할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 하우징(100)의 전면으로 아우터렌즈(110)가 설치되고 상기 아우터렌즈(110)의 외측에 베젤(120)이 구비되는 헤드램프의 커버를 구성함에 있어서, 베젤(120)의 상측부 저면에 부착되며, 앙쪽에 받침홈부(210)가 형성되고 중앙에 걸림공(220)이 구비된 커버고정 브라켓(200); 상측에는 커버고정 브라켓(200)의 받침홈부(210)에 얹혀지는 지지부(310)가 구비되고, 중앙에는 상기 걸림공(220)의 저면에서 탄력적으로 끼워져 걸리도록 걸림훅(320)이 돌출 형성된 램프용 전면커버(300)로 구성딘 것으로서 이러한 본 발명은 눈이나 도로의 이물질로 부터 헤드램프가 오염되는 것을 방지할 수 있음에 따라 야간 주행 시 안전운행을 도모할 수 있도록 한 매우 유용한 발명이다.The present invention relates to a headlamp cover for an automobile. 베젤(120)의 상측부 저면에 부착되며, 앙쪽에 받침홈부(210)가 형성되고 중앙에 걸림공(220)이 구비된 커버고정 브라켓(200);
상측에는 커버고정 브라켓(200)의 받침홈부(210)에 얹혀지는 지지부(310)가 구비되고, 중앙에는 상기 걸림공(220)의 저면에서 탄력적으로 끼워져 걸리도록 표면에 걸림훅(321)이 돌출되어 있는 락킹해제부(320)가 구비된 램프용 전면커버(300);를 포함하며,
커버고정 브라켓(200)은 양면테이프로 베젤(120)에 고정되게 하고,
전면커버(300)는 양쪽 지지부(310)의 일측에 커버고정 브라켓(200)의 선단 저면에 삽입되어 지지되는 보조지지부(330)를 구비하며,
전면커버(300)에는 베젤(120) 내면과 접촉되는 테두리에 다수의 돌기부(340)를 형성하여
전면커버(300)의 설치 상태가 견고하게 유지되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 헤드램프 커버.
