Abstract

A multifunctional furniture according to the present invention comprises: a first module (110) that is in close contact with a footboard (14) of a bed (10); a second module (120) that is laminated on an upper side of the first module (110); a third module (130) that is laminated on an upper side of the second module (120); and a fourth module (140) that is laminated on an upper side of the third module (130); wherein the first module (110) has the largest planar area, the second module (120) has a planar area smaller than that of the first module (110), and the third module (130) has a planar area smaller than that of the second module (120).
The present invention has the advantage of easy access to the basket placed at the top because the storage space is arranged inside and a plurality of modules are stacked to secure a stepped access path to the outside.

Description

Multifunctional furniture that combines the functions of user furniture and cat furniture

The present invention relates to multifunctional furniture that combines the functions of user furniture and pet furniture.

It is known that the cat's range of movement is not as wide as expected, mostly staying within a radius of 100m.

Cats, as companion animals, have food at home and are mostly neutered, so they have relatively less desire to move. However, companion cats that live with humans are territorial animals that create their own territory in the human living space, live independently in the territory, and feel a sense of security, so the way they are raised is completely different from that of dogs. Meanwhile, the space (house) where humans live is showing a tendency to become smaller.

There is a growing recognition of the importance of establishing territorial space between pet owners and their cats, and between multiple pet cats, in relatively small living spaces.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide multifunctional furniture that combines the functions of user furniture having a storage space and companion cat furniture.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide multifunctional furniture that can integrate a bed and a cat tower.

A cat tower (100) according to the present invention comprises: a first module (110) that is in close contact with a footboard (14) of a bed (10); a second module (120) that is laminated on an upper side of the first module (110); a third module (130) that is laminated on an upper side of the second module (120); and a fourth module (140) that is laminated on an upper side of the third module (130). The first module (110) has the largest planar area, the second module (120) has a planar area that is smaller than that of the first module (110), and the third module (130) has a planar area that is smaller than that of the second module (120).

The fourth module (140) may further include a fourth top board (142) spaced apart from the third module (130) and arranged above it; a 4-1 side board (143) vertically connecting one side of the third top board (132) and the fourth top board (142); a 4-2 side board (144) vertically connecting the other sides of the third top board (132) and the fourth top board (142); and a top board hole (145) arranged to vertically penetrate the fourth top board (142), and may further include a basket (150) that is inserted into the top board hole (145) and protrudes downward, and is supported by the fourth top board (142).

One side of the above 4th top board (142) may be positioned to protrude further than the 4-1st side board (143), and the basket (150) may be exposed to the air.

First, the present invention has the advantage of easy access to the basket placed at the top because the storage space is arranged inside and a plurality of modules are stacked to secure a stepped access path to the outside.

Second, the present invention has the advantage of integrating the bed and the cat tower through assembly members, thereby preventing overturning due to external impact.

A multifunctional furniture combining the functions of user furniture and cat furniture according to the present embodiment includes a bed (10) and a cat tower (100) that can be installed in close contact with the bed (10).

The above bed (10) includes a first sideboard (11) arranged vertically on the left side, a second sideboard (12) arranged vertically on the right side so as to face the first sideboard (11), a headboard (13) connecting one side of the first sideboard (11) and the second sideboard (12), a footboard (14) connecting the other side of the first sideboard (11) and the second sideboard (12), and a mattress (16) arranged between the first sideboard (11), the second sideboard (12), the headboard (13), and the footboard (14).

The above bed (10) includes a rib or bottom plate that supports the above mattress (16).

In this embodiment, the cat tower (100) is installed in close contact with the footboard (14).

The above cat tower (100) is arranged in a multi-layer structure.

The above cat tower (100) includes a first module (110) that is in close contact with the footboard (14), a second module (120) that is laminated on the upper side of the first module (110), a third module (130) that is laminated on the upper side of the second module (120), and a fourth module (140) that is laminated on the upper side of the third module (130).

The planar area of the first module (110) is the largest, the planar area of the second module (120) is formed smaller than that of the first module (110), and the planar area of the third module (130) is formed smaller than that of the second module (120).

The first module (110) includes a first bottom board (111), a first top board (112) spaced apart from and arranged above the first bottom board (111), a 1-1 side board (113) vertically connecting one side (left side in this embodiment) of the first bottom board (111) and the first top board (112), a 1-2 side board (114) vertically connecting the other side (right side in this embodiment) of the first bottom board (111) and the first top board (112), and a first support board (115) arranged between the 1-1 side board (113) and the 1-2 side board (114) and supporting the first bottom board (111) and the first top board (112).

One edge of the first bottom board (111) and the first top board (112) is arranged to protrude toward one side of the first-first side board (113), and the other edge of the first bottom board (111) and the first top board (112) is arranged to protrude toward the other side of the first-second side board (114).

In this embodiment, three of the first support boards (115) are arranged and spaced at equal intervals in the left and right directions.

The above first support board (115) includes a 1-1 support board (115a), a 1-2 support board (115b), and a 1-3 support board (115c).

A 1-1 space (110a), a 1-2 space (110b), a 1-3 space (110c), and a 1-4 space (110d) are formed inside the first module (110).

The above 1-1 space (110a), 1-2 space (110b), 1-3 space (110c), and 1-4 space (110d) are arranged at the same height as the footboard (14) of the bed (10) and can be covered by the footboard (14), and the 1-1 space (110a), 1-2 space (110b), 1-3 space (110c), and 1-4 space (110d) can be utilized as storage spaces.

The above second module (120) is laminated on the first top board (112).

The second module (120) includes a second top board (122) spaced apart from and arranged above the first top board (112), a 2-1 side board (123) vertically connecting one side (left side in this embodiment) of the first top board (112) and the second top board (122), a 2-2 side board (124) vertically connecting the other side (right side in this embodiment) of the first top board (112) and the second top board (122), and a second support board (125) arranged between the first top board (112) and the second top board (122) and supporting the first top board (112) and the second top board (122).

The above second support boards (125) are arranged in multiple places spaced apart in the left and right directions.

In this embodiment, two second support boards (125) are arranged, including a 2-1 support board (125a) and a 2-2 support board (125b).

The 2-1 support board (125a) is arranged in a row on the upper side of the 1-1 support board (115a), and the 2-2 support board (125b) is arranged in a row on the upper side of the 1-2 support board (115b). The 2-2 side board (124) is arranged in a row on the upper side of the 1-3 support board (115c).

A 2-1 space (120a), a 2-2 space (120b), and a 2-3 space (120c) are formed inside the second module (120).

The above 2-1 space (120a), 2-2 space (120b), and 2-3 space (120c) are arranged above the footboard (14) and are open to the outside. The above 2-1 space (120a), 2-2 space (120b), and 2-3 space (120c) can be utilized as storage spaces.

In particular, since the 2-1 space (120a), the 2-2 space (120b), and the 2-3 space (120c) are open toward the bed, there is an advantage in that the user can easily access them from the bed.

The third module (130) further includes a third top board (132) spaced apart from and arranged above the second top board (122), a 3-1 side board (133) vertically connecting one side (left side in this embodiment) of the second top board (122) and the third top board (122), a 3-2 side board (134) vertically connecting the other side (right side in this embodiment) of the second top board (122) and the third top board (132), and a shelf (135) arranged above the second top board (122) and between the 3-1 side board (133) and the 3-2 side board (134) to slide forward and backward.

The 3-2 side board (134) is arranged in a row on the upper side of the 2-2 support board (125b).

A third space (130a) is formed inside the third module (130), and the shelf (135) is placed in the third space (130a).

A rail (not shown) that guides the direction of movement of the shelf (135) is respectively placed on the 3-1 sideboard (133) and the 3-2 sideboard (134), and the shelf (135) can slide along the rail.

The fourth module (140) includes a fourth top board (142) spaced apart from and arranged above the third top board (132), a 4-1 side board (143) vertically connecting one side of the third top board (132) and the fourth top board (142), a 4-2 side board (144) vertically connecting the other side (right side in this embodiment) of the third top board (132) and the fourth top board (142), and a top board hole (145) arranged to vertically penetrate the fourth top board (142).

The cat tower (100) according to the present embodiment further includes a basket (150) that is inserted into the top board hole (145) and protrudes downward and is supported by the fourth top board (142).

A fourth space (140a) is formed inside the fourth module (140).

The above third space (130a) and fourth space (140a) are open toward the bed and can be used as storage space.

The above 1-1 sideboard (113), 2-1 sideboard (123), 3-1 sideboard (133), and 4-1 sideboard (143) are arranged in a vertical row.

One side of the above 4th top board (142) protrudes further than the 4-1st side board (143), and the basket (150) is positioned so as to be exposed to the air.

The above basket (150) protrudes downward from the fourth top board (142). The above basket (150) is placed outside the fourth space (140a).

The above basket (150) is formed of a transparent material and has a hemispherical shape. The above basket (150) forms a basket space (150a) that is opened upward. The above basket space (150a) is placed on the side of the above fourth space (140a) and is exposed to the air, thereby providing a comfortable resting space for a companion cat that likes high and narrow spaces.

Since the first module (110), second module (120), third module (130), and fourth module (140) are arranged in a stepwise manner, there is a feature that enables a safe implementation of an access path for the cat to the basket (150).

Specifically, since the other side of the 2-2 side board (124), the other side of the 3-2 side board (134), and the other side of the 4-2 side board (144) are each open to the outside, the first top board (112), the second top board (122), the third top board (132), and the fourth top board (142) can each provide a step shape.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a multifunctional furniture combining the functions of user furniture and cat furniture according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the assembly components illustrated in FIG. 3.

The assembly member (200) according to the present embodiment has a feature that can prevent the cat tower (100) from falling over by combining the footboard (14) and the first support board (115) of the bed (10).

The above assembly member (200) penetrates the footboard (14) to form a horizontal interlocking with the footboard (14). To this end, at least one assembly slit (180) penetrating the footboard (14) in the horizontal direction is included.

In this embodiment, two assembly slits (180) are arranged, and are called the first assembly slit (181) and the second assembly slit (182).

The first assembly slit (181) and the second assembly slit (182) are arranged spaced apart from each other in the left and right directions. The first-second support board (115b) is exposed through the first assembly slit (181), and the first-third support board (115c) is exposed through the second assembly slit (182).

The above assembly member (200) is arranged in a number corresponding to the number of assembly slits (180), and includes a first assembly member (201) and a second assembly member (202) in this embodiment.

Since the configurations of the first assembly member (201) and the second assembly member (202) are the same, they are collectively referred to as assembly members (200).

The above assembly member (200) includes a first assembly part (210) and a second assembly part (220) that are arranged to penetrate the assembly slit (180) and form a mutual engagement with the foot board (14) in an opposite direction of entry, an assembly connection part (230) that connects the first assembly part (210) and the second assembly part (220), an assembly insertion groove (234) that is arranged at the rear of the assembly connection part (230) and between the first assembly part (210) and the second assembly part (220) and into which the first support board (115) is inserted, and a bending groove (232) that is arranged at the front of the assembly connection part (230) and between the first assembly part (210) and the second assembly part (220).

The first assembly part (210) is arranged on the right side of the above bending groove (232), and the second assembly part (220) is arranged on the left side. A space is provided through the above bending groove (232) in which the first assembly part (210) and the second assembly part (220) can be bent, and after the first assembly part (210) and the second assembly part (220) are bent, they return to their original positions by elastic force.

The above assembly member (200) can be formed of an elastic synthetic resin material or a metal material.

The above first assembly part (210) includes a 1-1 assembly part (211) that extends from the assembly connection part (230) toward the cat tower (100), a 1-2 assembly part (212) that extends from the assembly connection part (230) toward the bed (10), and a first hook part (215) that protrudes from the 1-2 assembly part (212) in a direction opposite to the second assembly part (220) to form a mutual hook with the front surface of the footboard (14).

The second assembly part (220) includes a 2-1 assembly part (221) that extends from the assembly connection part (230) toward the cat tower (100), a 2-2 assembly part (222) that extends from the assembly connection part (230) toward the bed (10), and a second hook part (225) that protrudes from the 2-2 assembly part (222) in a direction opposite to the first assembly part (210) and forms a mutual hook with the front of the footboard (14).

The assembly insertion groove (234) is formed between the above 1-1 assembly part (211) and the 2-1 assembly part (221). When assembled, the 1-1 assembly part (211) and the 2-1 assembly part (221) are arranged to surround both sides of the first support board (115).

The bending groove (232) is formed between the first-second assembly part (212) and the second-second assembly part (222).

The above assembly insertion groove (234) and bending groove (232) are arranged in a row in the front-back direction.

The front-back direction length of the bending groove (232) is formed longer than the front-back direction length of the assembly insertion groove (234), so that sufficient bending deformation of the first-second assembly part (212) and the second-second assembly part (222) can be induced.

The above assembly insertion groove (234) and bending groove (232) are formed to extend in the vertical direction, and the upper and lower sides are each opened.

In this embodiment, the 1-2 support board (115b) or the 1-3 support board (115c) is inserted into the assembly insertion groove (234) and assembled to form a mutual engagement in the horizontal direction.

A support fastening hole (118) is formed in the front end of each of the first-second support board (115b) and the first-third support board (115c), and an assembly fastening hole (218) is formed in each of the first-first assembly part (211) and the second-first assembly part (221), and a fastening member (not shown) is fastened to the assembly fastening hole (218) and the support fastening hole (118).

In this embodiment, the insertion of the first hook portion (215) and the second hook portion (225) into the assembly slit (180) has been described as an example, but unlike this embodiment, the 1-1 assembly portion (211) and the 2-1 assembly portion (221) may be inserted into the assembly slit (180) and assembled.

In this embodiment, since the first module (110) is assembled and fixed to the footboard (14) through the first assembly member (201) and the second assembly member (202), there is a feature that can prevent a safety accident in which the user is injured by falling to the bed (10) even if an impact is applied to the cat tower (100).

Since the remaining configuration is similar to the first embodiment, a detailed description is omitted.

Figure 5 is an exploded perspective view of an assembly member according to a third embodiment of the present invention.

Unlike the second embodiment, the assembly member (200) according to the present embodiment further includes an assembly hook (216) protruding from the 1-1 assembly portion (211) toward the second assembly portion (220), and a temporary assembly groove (116) formed concavely in the first support board (115) and into which the assembly hook (216) is inserted to form a mutual hook in the opposite assembly direction.

There is a feature that the assembly member (200) can be fixed before assembling the fastening member through the mutual engagement of the assembly hook (216) and the temporary assembly groove (116).

When the above assembly hook (216) and temporary assembly groove (116) are mutually engaged, the positions of the assembly fastening hole (218) and the support fastening hole (118) are aligned. This can improve the convenience of assembly for the worker.

In this embodiment, the assembly hook (216) is positioned at the upper end of the 1-1 assembly part (211), and the temporary assembly groove (116) is positioned concavely on the upper side of the other side of the first support board (115) corresponding to this.

Unlike the present embodiment, the assembly hook (216) may be placed in the 2-1 assembly part (221). In addition, although the 2-1 assembly part (221) is deleted in the present embodiment, it may be placed as in the first embodiment.

However, it is preferable to place the assembly hook (216) only in one of the 1-1 assembly part (211) or the 2-1 assembly part (211), and to form the temporary assembly groove (116) only in one side of the first support board (115) to prevent a decrease in the strength of the first support board (115).

The remaining configuration is similar to the second embodiment above, so a detailed description is omitted.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating a multifunctional furniture combining the functions of user furniture and cat furniture according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

A bed (10) according to the present embodiment includes a first sideboard (11) arranged vertically on the left side, a second sideboard (20) arranged vertically on the right side so as to face the first sideboard (11), a headboard (13) connecting one side of the first sideboard (11) and the second sideboard (12), a footboard (14) connecting the other side of the first sideboard (11) and the second sideboard (12), a mattress arranged between the first sideboard (11), the second sideboard (12), the headboard (13) and the footboard (14), and a storage box (50) arranged in close contact with either the first sideboard (11) or the second sideboard (12).

In this embodiment, the storage box (50) is placed in close contact with the inner surface of the second sideboard (20). The second sideboard (20) is formed higher than the storage box (50).

The above second sideboard (20) includes a sideboard portion (22) to which the storage box (50) is attached, and an extension portion (24) extending upward from the sideboard portion (22).

In this embodiment, the second sideboard (20) is installed horizontally so as to intersect with the extension (24) and further includes a shelf (28) that protrudes toward the mattress.

The horizontal width of the above shelf section (28) is formed within the width of the storage box (50).

In this embodiment, the extension part (24) is placed in close contact with the cat tower (100).

The above shelf section (28) can be placed at the same height as the second top board (122) and provide a continuous plane with the second top board (122).

The above second sideboard (20) further includes a mirror portion (30) that protrudes upward from the extension portion (24). The mirror portion (30) is arranged vertically and in a line with the above third-first sideboard (133).

A mirror can be placed in the above mirror section (30).

The above storage box (50) is placed in front of the 1-1 space (110a) and is formed to be narrower than the width of the 1-1 space (110a).

The above storage box (50) is formed in a rectangular hexahedron shape that extends in the length direction of the second sideboard (20).

One side of the above storage box (50) is in close contact with the second sideboard (20), and the other side (55) is in close contact with the mattress.

The interior of the above storage box (50) is divided into two in the longitudinal direction, and a first storage door (51) and a second storage door (52) are arranged on the upper side.

It has the feature that the user can easily access the mattress through the first storage door (51) and the second storage door (52).

The above first storage door (51) and second storage door (52) are structured to be opened and closed by rotating upward.

The remaining configuration is similar to the third embodiment above, so a detailed description is omitted.

Although the detailed description of the present invention has described specific embodiments, it is obvious that various modifications are possible without departing from the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the described embodiments, but should be determined not only by the scope of the claims described below, but also by equivalents of the scope of the claims.
