본 발명에서는 천장패널에 적용되는 조명등본체를 투광창과 일체로 성형함으로써 공정을 단순화하여 제조비용을 현저하게 줄일 수 있도록 하고, 천장패널의 내부 안쪽으로 매입되게 설치되는 매입형 장착브라켓에 대하여 조명등본체를 간단하면서도 안정적으로 끼워 장착할 수 있도록 함으로써 설치 및 수리작업성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 새로운 엘이디 천장매입등 장치가 개시된다.

상기 매입형 장착브라켓(20)의 상부면에 체결볼트에 의하여 탈착가능하게 결합되며, 양측면의 상단에는 토션스프링(41)이 끼워져 결합되는 한편, 상기 토션스프링(41)에는 측방에서 인가되는 작용힘에 의하여 내측으로 눌렸다가 작용힘이 소거되면 바깥쪽으로 펼쳐지면서 설치공(11)의 상부면 가장자리 외측에 해당되는 천장패널(P)의 상부면에 걸려 지지되면서 매입형 장착브라켓(20)이 아랫쪽으로 낙하되지 않도록 지지하는 지지편(42)이 연결된 구조의 지지부재(40)(40')를 포함하는 엘이디 천장매입등 장치.A built-in mounting bracket (20)(20') which is inserted and embedded into the upper inner side through an installation hole (11) provided in a ceiling panel (P), has an open lower surface and an "∩"-shaped mounting groove (21) formed along the longitudinal direction of the inside, and has a catch (22) formed along the longitudinal direction at an opposing position on the upper part of the inner surface of the mounting groove (21), and has a flange (23) formed at the lower end of both sides to support the lower edge surface of the installation hole (11);

상기 자석(50)과 금속판(60)의 자력감응에 의하여 조명등본체(30)의 상부면이 지지부재(40')에 직접 부착됨에 따라 조명등본체(30)상의 걸림홈(33)과 대응되는 위치에 해당되는 매입형 장착브라켓(20')의 내면에는 걸림턱이 형성되지 않도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 천장매입등 장치.In the first paragraph,
