Claims (8)
- 연료가스를 배출하는 배출포트가 형성되는 매니폴드;
상기 배출포트에 결합되는 노즐;
공기와 상기 노즐로부터 분사되는 연료가스가 혼합된 혼합기를 연소시키는 버너;
제1 유로를 제공하고, 상기 혼합기가 연소되며 생성되는 연소가스가 상기 제1 유로를 통해 이동하는 제1 열교환기; 그리고,
상기 제1 열교환기에 인접하여 위치하고, 제2 유로를 제공하며, 상기 제1 열교환기에서 배출된 상기 연소가스가 상기 제2 유로를 통해 이동하는 제2 열교환기를 포함하고,
상기 제2 열교환기는:
상기 제2 유로를 형성하는 적어도 하나의 튜브; 그리고,
상기 적어도 하나의 튜브에 삽입되는 배플(baffle)을 포함하고,
상기 배플은:
상기 튜브의 길이방향으로 길게 연장되고, 스크류 형상으로 꼬인 플레이트; 그리고,
상기 플레이트를 관통하여 형성되는 복수개의 홀을 포함하고,
상기 복수 개의 홀은 상기 플레이트의 폭방향의 적어도 일단에 형성되는 컷아웃을 형성하며,
상기 플레이트는, 복수개의 삼각형상의 세그먼트를 구비하고, 상기 컷아웃들은 각각의 상기 세그먼트에 한 개씩 배치되는 가스 난방기. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 홀은 각각이 상기 복수개의 세그먼트에 형성되는 가스 난방기. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 홀이 상기 복수개의 세그먼트의 각각에 형성되는 가스 난방기.
