Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electric transport vehicle, and more specifically, to an electric transport vehicle having an electric motor connected to wheels to transport goods in an electric manner.
A handcart is a vehicle that transports goods using human power, and is divided into a one-wheeled handcart and a handcart with two or more wheels. In this case, a two-wheeled handcart with two wheels is commonly called a rear car. The above-mentioned rear car is manufactured in a fixed form by placing plywood on a steel structure, and is implemented so that the user can push or pull the goods using human power by including a pair of wheels spaced apart in the width direction.
Recently, an electric transport vehicle equipped with a drive wheel that rotates in both forward and reverse directions using an electric motor has been proposed, breaking away from the form of a conventional handcart that relies on manpower. The electric transport vehicle generally includes a large frame on the upper surface of which an object to be transported is loaded, a handle formed to be inclined upward at the rear of the frame, a drive wheel provided at the lower portion of the frame that can rotate in both forward and reverse directions, and an electric motor that transmits power to the drive wheel so that the frame can move forward and backward by the forward and reverse rotation of the drive wheel, so that a worker can automatically and more conveniently move the frame.
However, since the drive shaft of the electric motor rotates in the reverse direction, especially at high speed, the drive wheel also rotates at high speed along the drive shaft, there is a high risk that the drive wheel may suddenly accelerate in the reverse direction due to the operator's lack of skill, which causes a safety accident such as injury to the operator. In addition, when the battery, etc. that supplies power to the electric motor is discharged, the battery, etc. cannot supply power to the electric motor, so the electric motor cannot transmit power to the drive wheel, and this causes a problem that it is difficult for the operator to easily move the frame.
Accordingly, Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1009728 discloses a technology regarding an electric transport vehicle to solve the above problem. The electric transport vehicle of the above document is configured to include a frame (1), a handle part (3), a driving wheel (5), and a power transmission part (7) as illustrated in Fig. 1. In addition, the electric transport vehicle is provided so that a worker can manually transport the vehicle even in a situation where power is not supplied, as the driving wheel (5) is implemented so that power transmitted from an electric motor is transmitted through a one-way bearing.
The above-mentioned manual and automatic conversion type electric transport vehicles usually have a disadvantage in that the weight is biased in one direction due to the batteries, gears, and control modules for power, making it difficult for workers to use them. In particular, there was a problem that it was difficult to tilt the frame of the transport vehicle to move the goods to the ground during the unloading process with the electric device installed, so that they had to be transported manually. In addition, due to the weight, it was difficult to control the speed on uphill or downhill roads, and there was a problem that accidents frequently occurred due to the lack of safety devices, especially on downhill roads.
