상기 제조예 1에서 얻은 연옥분말 500 g과 세리신 50 g을 코팅기에 넣고, 입자상에 옥 분말 표면을 섬유 형태의 세리신으로 1차 코팅하였다. 이어, 상기 1차 코팅된 입자 표면을 30 ℃ 내지 40 ℃ 온도의 코코넛유로 스프레이 분사하고, 0 ℃ 내지 10 ℃의 온도에서 건조시켰으며, 이 과정을 복수 회 반복하여 1차 코팅된 입자의 표면을 코코넛유로 2차 코팅하였다. 이와 같은 일련의 과정을 통해 단백질 성분과 유지 성분으로 이중 코팅된 옥 분말을 제조하였다.

신안군에서 생산한 천일염 10 kg을 원통형의 가마솥에서 1.5시간 동안 구웠다. 구워진 소금을 상온이 될 때까지 냉각시켰다. 상기 냉각된 천일염을 원통형 믹스 챔버에 넣고 농업회사법인 ㈜화순도곡청정골효소에서 제조한 산야초효소 "백야" 500 ml를 분무하고 건조시켰다. 다음에 옥광산 지역에서 생산되는 지하수인 pH 7.5 내지 pH 8.5의 천연 알칼리환원수로서 대일광업㈜에서 제조한 "옥산가" 500 ml를 분무하고 건조시켰다. 상기 건조된 천일염을 직사광선이 없는 곳에서 3개월간 숙성시키고, 분쇄하여 옥효소소금을 제조하였다.

상기 제조예 1 내지 5에서 (i) 준비된 옥 분말, 옥효소소금 및 황토수를 포함하고, 추가로 달팽이 점액 추출물 및 프로폴리스 추출물을 더 포함하여 혼합한 실시예 1 내지 2의 조성물을 제조하였다. 또한, (ii) 옥 분말, 황토수 및 프로폴리스를 포함하고 옥 분말을 제외하여 혼합한 실시예 3의 조성물을 제조하였고, (iii) 옥 분말, 옥효소소금, 황토수 및 프로폴리스를 포함하고 달팽이 점액 추출물을 제외하고 혼합한 뒤 제품화한 비교예 1의 조성물을 제조하였고, (iv) 황토수 대신 정제수 용매를 사용하고 제품화한 비교예 2의 조성물을 제조하였다.In the above Manufacturing Examples 1 to 5, (i) the prepared jade powder, the oxalic acid salt, and the yellow clay water were included, and further snail mucus extract and propolis extract were further included and mixed to produce the compositions of Examples 1 to 2.
