Abstract
이를 위해 이차전지용 분리막 코팅장치는 언와이인더와 리와인더 사이에서 연속적으로 이송되는 분리막의 표면에 코팅층을 형성하는 코팅유닛, 상기 코팅유닛의 출구측에 설치되고, 상기 분리막의 표면에 도포된 코팅제를 응고제로 응고하는 응고유닛, 상기 응고유닛의 출구측에 설치되고, 상기 응고제 용기를 통과한 분리막 표면의 코팅층에 묻은 유기용매를 수세할 수 있도록 복수개의 수세액 용기 및 이송롤러를 구비하는 워싱유닛, 상기 워싱유닛의 출구측에 설치되고, 상기 수세액 용기를 통과한 분리막의 표면에 묻은 물을 건조할 수 있도록 건조로 및 복수개의 플로팅 롤을 구비하는 건조유닛, 상기 건조유닛의 출구측에 설치되고, 상기 플로팅 롤을 통과한 분리막을 열셋팅하도록 열셋팅 챔버 및 복수개의 열셋팅 히팅 롤을 구비하는 열셋팅유닛, 및 상기 워싱유닛과 상기 건조유닛 사이에 배치되고, 상기 워싱유닛에서 수세된 분리막에 열을 가하여 분리막이 상기 건조유닛에 투입되기 전에 분리막 표면에 남아 있는 물기를 줄여주는 보조 건조기를 포함한다.

Claims (5)
- 언와이인더와 리와인더 사이에서 연속적으로 이송되는 분리막의 표면에 코팅층을 형성할 수 있도록 한 쌍의 코팅롤러 사이를 통과하는 분리막이 일정 각도를 가지는 코팅유닛;
상기 코팅유닛의 출구측에 설치되고, 상기 분리막의 표면에 도포된 코팅제를 응고제로 응고할 수 있도록 응고제 용기 및 복수개의 이송롤러를 구비하는 응고유닛;
상기 응고유닛의 출구측에 설치되고, 상기 응고제 용기를 통과한 분리막 표면의 코팅층에 묻은 유기용매를 수세할 수 있도록 복수개의 수세액 용기 및 이송롤러를 구비하는 워싱유닛;
상기 워싱유닛의 출구측에 설치되고, 상기 수세액 용기를 통과한 분리막의 표면에 묻은 물을 건조할 수 있도록 건조로 및 복수개의 플로팅 롤을 구비하는 건조유닛;
상기 건조유닛의 출구측에 설치되고, 상기 플로팅 롤을 통과한 분리막을 열셋팅하도록 열셋팅 챔버 및 복수개의 열셋팅 히팅 롤을 구비하는 열셋팅유닛; 및
상기 워싱유닛과 상기 건조유닛 사이에 배치되고, 상기 워싱유닛에서 수세된 분리막에 열을 가하여 분리막이 상기 건조유닛에 투입되기 전에 분리막 표면에 남아 있는 물기를 줄여주는 보조 건조기; 를 포함하고,
상기 보조 건조기와 상기 워싱유닛과의 사이에 배치되어 상기 워싱유닛으로부터 인출된 분리막의 건조 공간을 확보하는 분리막 건조장비를 포함하며,
상기 분리막 건조장비는 하부의 포스트에 지지되면서 분리막을 이송하여 상기 보조 건조기에 투입하는 분리막 이송부 및 상기 포스트와 상기 분리막 이송부 사이에 설치되어 상기 분리막 이송부를 수직 상방향으로 승강시켜 분리막의 건조 공간을 확보하는 장비 리프트를 포함하고,
상기 분리막 건조장비의 상기 장비 리프트는 상부방향으로 일정 범위의 높이 설정을 통해 상기 분리막 이송부의 높이를 조절하여 분리막의 건조 공간을 확보하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지용 분리막 코팅장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보조 건조기는 분리막의 표면에 열풍을 가하는 복수개의 열풍 분사노즐, 및 분리막을 상기 건조유닛으로 이송하는 복수개의 이송롤러를 포함하는 이차전지용 분리막 코팅장치. - 삭제
