Description
The present invention relates to windows, and more specifically, to a sliding type sliding window that can be easily opened with little force.
In general, windows include window frames installed on the wall of a building and windows installed on window frames.
These windows perform functions such as lighting, which allows outside light to enter the room, ventilation, which ventilates the indoor air, and heating and cooling, which blocks heat transfer between the inside and outside.
Windows are classified into casement windows and sliding windows according to the opening and closing method. First, casement windows are windows that are connected to the window frame through hinges and open and close by rotating the hinges as the axis of rotation. These casement windows have the advantages of excellent airtightness, watertightness, and wind pressure resistance, and easy division of the window façade and structural security.
However, casement windows have the disadvantage that the façade of the window when viewed from inside is not as attractive as that of a sliding window, and if they are not equipped with a special fixing device, the window may open or close suddenly due to the wind.
Meanwhile, a sliding window is a window that opens and closes by moving the window sash along a rail attached to the window frame and moving back and forth along the rail.
Specifically, the window frame of the sliding window has a number of rails that guide the sliding opening and closing of the window sash. At this time, the rails of the window frame are formed at a certain height to support the rolling operation of the roller mounted on the lower side of the window sash, so that a number of grooves are formed in the window frame. The window sash is maintained at a certain distance from the rails of the window frame so that it slides smoothly against the rails of the window frame. As described above, the sliding window has the advantage of a window façade that is more beautiful when viewed from inside than a casement window.
However, compared to swing windows, sliding windows are more difficult to construct and have poor airtightness, watertightness, and wind pressure resistance, so they have problems in not being able to fully perform the main functions of windows.
Additionally, the sliding window itself is heavier than the system window, making it difficult to open and close.
As mentioned above, windows serve to allow sunlight and fresh outside air into the interior, thereby allowing indoor ventilation.
Accordingly, recently, ventilation devices for indoor ventilation are installed integrally in windows.
However, a ventilation device installed integrally in a window like this has the problem of being very cumbersome because the user must manually operate it when indoor ventilation is needed.
In addition, if a ventilation device is installed integrally with a window, the window becomes heavier, making it difficult for the elderly or children to open and close the window.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sliding window that can improve the airtightness of a window while providing convenience to the user when opening and closing the window.
In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding window that can ventilate a room using the window without the user having to operate it separately.

Meanwhile, as the window sash is raised from the frame, a space may be created between the lower part of the sash and the frame positioned lower relative to the window sash.
Here, at least one sealing member is provided at the lower end of the window sash, and the sealing member can be provided to seal a space formed between the lower end of the window sash and the window frame.
At this time, when the window (104) is closed, it blocks the interior and exterior, and when it is open, it allows the interior and exterior to be connected.
As described above, the window sash (104) is in contact with the rail (102a) of the window frame (102) and slides back and forth along the rail (102a) to open or close the sliding window (100).
The magnetic levitation module (110) is provided in some configurations on the window frame (102) and in other configurations on the upper part (104a) of the window sash (104).
At this time, when the lower part (104b) of the window sash (104) is raised relative to the window frame (102) by the magnetic levitation module (110), a gap is created between the lower part (104b) of the window sash (104) and the window frame (102), making it convenient to open the sliding window (100).
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the magnetic levitation module (110) includes a housing (112), a first magnetic body (114), a second magnetic body (115), and a control board (118).
The housing (112) is provided on the window frame (102), and a magnetic levitation module (110) is positioned inside.
When the magnetic levitation module (110) is positioned inside the housing (112), one open surface is covered using the housing cover (112). In this way, the magnetic levitation module (110) is not exposed to the outside of the sliding window (100).
Meanwhile, the magnetic levitation module (110) includes a first magnetic body (114) that generates a magnetic field, a second magnetic body (115) that is provided on the upper part (104a) of the window sash (104) to correspond to the first magnetic body (114) and is magnetized when power is applied, and a control board (118) that is provided on the upper side of the first magnetic body (114) and controls the supply of electricity to the second magnetic body (115).
In this way, when power is supplied to the second magnetic body (115) and it becomes magnetized, an attractive force is generated between the second magnetic body (115) and the first magnetic body (114), causing the window sash (104) to rise from the window frame (102).
Accordingly, a predetermined space is formed between the lower part (104b) of the window sash (104) and the window frame (102), so that the user can easily open and close the sliding window (100).
At this time, the magnetic levitation module (110) includes a gap sensor (116) that detects the gap between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115) and transmits the detected result to the control board (118).
Using the gap sensor (116), it is possible to determine whether sufficient attractive force has been generated between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115).
As shown in (a) of Fig. 5, the gap sensor (116) detects the gap (D1) between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115) when the window sash (104) of the sliding window (100) is in a landing state with respect to the window frame (102).
In addition, as shown in (b) of FIG. 5, the gap sensor (116) detects the gap (D2) between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115) when the window sash (104) of the sliding window (100) is in a floating state with respect to the window frame (102).
For example, when the window sash (104) of the sliding window (100) is in a landing state, the gap (D1) between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115) is approximately 3 mm.
In addition, when the window sash (104) of the window (100) is in a damaged state, the gap (D2) between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115) becomes approximately 1 mm.
Then, a space of about 2 mm is created between the lower part (104b) of the window sash (104) and the window frame (102), making it convenient to open and close the sliding window (100).
The magnet (114, 115) is bonded to the bottom surface (113) of the housing (112).
At this time, the first magnetic body (114) is coupled to the bottom surface (113) of the housing (112) using a connecting member (not shown) such as a bolt.
A plurality of first magnetic bodies (114) are arranged at predetermined intervals on the bottom surface (113) of the housing (112). At this time, one gap sensor (116) is provided between the first magnetic bodies (114) positioned adjacently.
Here, three first magnetic bodies (114) and three gap sensors (116) of the magnetic levitation module (110) are provided as one set.
The first magnetic body (114) and the gap sensor (116) provided as a set are arranged in multiple numbers along the length direction of the window frame (102) located above the window sash (104). The second magnetic body (115) of the magnetic levitation module (110) is positioned on the window sash (104) at a corresponding position.
At this time, one of the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115) of the magnetic levitation module (110) may be provided as a permanent magnet, and the other may be provided as an electromagnet.
In a magnetic levitation module (110) according to one embodiment of the present invention, the first magnetic body (114) is provided as a permanent magnet, and the second magnetic body (115) is provided as an electromagnet.
Accordingly, when power is applied to the second magnetic body (115) by the control board (118), the second magnetic body (115) becomes magnetized and moves toward the first magnetic body (114) that generates a magnetic field.
At this time, the window sash (104) moves toward the upper window frame (102), and the lower part of the window sash (104) rises in a direction away from the lower part of the window frame (102).
Then, a space is formed between the lower part of the window sash (104) and the lower part of the window frame (102), so that the user can open the sliding window (100) by moving the window sash (104) without exerting much force.
Meanwhile, if the window sash (104) rises from the lower part of the window frame (102) and a space is formed between the lower part of the window sash (104) and the lower part of the window frame (102), a problem occurs in maintaining the basic performance of the window (100), such as airtightness, sealing, and insulation.
To solve this problem, the space formed between the lower part of the window sash (104) and the window frame (102) must be filled.
To this end, referring to Fig. 5, a sealing member (101, 103) is provided at the lower end of the window sash (104). The sealing member (101, 103) is for sealing the space formed between the lower end of the window sash (104) and the window frame (102).
These sealing members (101, 103) include mohair (101) and a gasket (103).
Mohair (101) is provided at the lower end of the window sash (104), but is provided at a portion that comes into contact with both ends of the rail (102a) of the window frame (102). In other words, mohair (101) is provided at both ends based on the rail (102a) of the window frame (102).
Since mohair (101) has relatively less friction than other sealing materials, it has the advantage of allowing the window sash (104) to slide smoothly against the rail (102a) of the window frame (102).
In addition, a sealing member (101, 103) is provided at the lower end of the window sash (104), and a gasket (103) is provided at a portion that does not come into contact with the rail (102a) of the window frame (102).
The gasket (103) is formed of a rubber material.
A gasket (103) is provided on one side of the lower portion of the window sash (104), and a mohair (101) is provided on the lower portion of the window sash (104) but is formed in a portion that directly contacts the rail (102a) of the window frame (102).
As the lower part (104b) of the window sash (104) is raised relative to the window frame (102), the gap formed between the lower part of the window sash (104) and the rail (102a) of the window frame (102) becomes completely sealed due to the mohair (101) and the gasket (103).
Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 6, the sliding window (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention further includes a ventilation module (120).
As shown in (a) of Fig. 6, the ventilation module (120) enables natural ventilation by opening at least some of the space between the window frame (102) and the window sash (104) according to the operation of the magnetic levitation module (110).
It is provided inside the magnetic levitation module (110), that is, inside the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115).
Here, the ventilation module (120) opens at least some of the space between the window frame (102) and the window sash (104) depending on the operating status of the magnetic levitation module (110).
In other words, when a magnetic force is generated in the magnetic levitation module (110), the space in the ventilation module (120) is sealed, and when a magnetic force is not generated in the magnetic levitation module (110), the space in the ventilation module (120) is opened.
At this time, polluted indoor air is discharged outdoors through a space formed in the ventilation module (120), or outdoor air is introduced indoors through a space formed in the ventilation module (120).
Meanwhile, if no attractive force is generated between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body of the magnetic levitation module (110), the ventilation module (120) is in an open state, allowing indoor air to be discharged outdoors.
In addition, if no attractive force is generated between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115) of the magnetic levitation module (110), the ventilation module (120) is in an open state and discharges indoor air to the outdoors.
Conversely, as shown in (b) of Fig. 6, when an attractive force is generated between the first magnetic body (12) and the second magnetic body (14) of the magnetic levitation module (110), the ventilation module (120) is closed, making it impossible for indoor air to be discharged to the outside.
Meanwhile, the ventilation module (120) includes a first body part (122) provided inside a window sash (104), a second body part (126) provided in a window frame (102) at a position corresponding to the first body part (122) and provided inside a second magnetic body (115), a first coupling part (124a) provided in the first body part (122), a second coupling part (124b) provided in the second body part (126) and formed at a position corresponding to the first coupling part (124a), and an air passage provided between the first coupling part (124a) and the second coupling part (124b) to discharge indoor air to the outdoors or introduce indoor air.
For reference, the air passage means a path between the first joint (124a) and the second joint (124b).
At this time, the air passage is blocked when the first coupling part (124a) and the second coupling part (124b) come into contact if an attractive force is generated between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115), and when no attractive force is generated between the first magnetic body (114) and the second magnetic body (115), indoor air is discharged outdoors or outdoor air is allowed to flow into the indoor.
Here, the first coupling part (124a) and the second coupling part (124b) are in contact with each other when power is applied to the magnetic levitation module (110), and the contact state is released when power is not applied to the magnetic levitation module (110).
Meanwhile, although not shown in the drawing, a filter member (not shown) is provided in the ventilation module (120). The ventilation module (120) filters out fine dust or pollutants contained in outdoor air flowing into the room through the air passage.
In addition, the ventilation module (120) may be equipped with general ventilation device components other than a filter member, but is not necessarily limited thereto.
According to one embodiment of the present invention by the above configuration The magnetic levitation window (100) can provide convenience in opening and closing the window by improving the airtightness of the window by installing a magnetic levitation module (110) in the window (110) while allowing the user to easily open the window.
In addition, the window (100) of the present invention can provide convenience of ventilation to the user because, by installing a ventilation module (120) inside the magnetic levitation module (110) installed in the window (100), outdoor air is drawn into the room or indoor air is discharged outdoors depending on the operating status of the magnetic levitation module even without the user separately operating the ventilation module (120) for indoor ventilation.
