Claims (8)
- 삭제
- 이온교환용량이 1.2 meq/㎖ 이상이고 평균직경 10~150㎛의 분말이온교환수지 입자 40~70 중량부를 화학적 흡착소재로 함유하고,
저 융점 정전 분말수지 1~20중량부를 함유하며
건식부직포, 습식부직포 또는 이들의 혼합 형태로 이루어진 저융점 정전 섬유 30-60 중량부를 포함하는,
분말이온교환수지 입자를 함유한 유해공기 정화용 콜게이터 필터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 분말이온교환수지 입자는 양이온수지, 음이온수지 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인, 분말이온교환수지 입자를 함유한 유해공기 정화용 콜게이터 필터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 저융점 섬유는 폴리에틸렌(PE) 단독, 시스코어(PP/PE, PET/PE, PET/PP, PPS/PP), 사이드바이사이드(PET/PE, PP/PE, PET/PP, PPS/PP)중에서 선택된 하나이상의 섬유로서, 융점이 110℃ ~220℃인, 분말이온교환수지 입자를 함유한 유해공기 정화용 콜게이터 필터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 저융점 정전 분말수지 또는 저융점 정전 섬유에는 정전물질이 0.05~5% 중량으로 함유된 것인, 분말이온교환수지 입자를 함유한 유해공기 정화용 콜게이터 필터.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 정전물질은 BaTiO3, PMMA 또는 힌더드아민 광안정화제(HALS)로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인, 분말이온교환수지 입자를 함유한 유해공기 정화용 콜게이터 필터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 저융점 정전 분말 수지는 융점이 110℃ ~220℃인 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 중에 선택된 하나 이상의 수지에 정전물질이 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 분말이온교환수지 입자를 함유한 유해공기 정화용 콜게이터 필터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 중량 100~500g/m2, 두께 0.3~1.5mm이고,통기도가 5~200cc/cm2/sec인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말이온교환수지 입자를 함유한 유해공기 정화용 콜게이터 필터.
