Claims (8)
- 파워트레인에 연결되는 프론트 마운트와 차체에 연결되는 리어 마운트 및 상기 프론트 마운트와 리어 마운트 사이에 구비되는 로드부로 구성된 차량용 롤마운트 장치로서, 상기 프론트 마운트는,
파워트레인에 연결되어 파워트레인의 진동을 전달받는 코어;
상기 코어의 반경방향을 기준으로 상기 코어의 외측에 일정 간격을 두고 배치되는 아우터파이프;
상기 코어와 아우터파이프 사이에 배치되어 상기 코어를 통해 입력되는 진동을 흡수하는 탄성체; 및
상기 코어의 외측면에 배치되어 상기 아우터파이프의 내측면과 일정 간격을 두게 되는 스토퍼;를 포함하며,
상기 코어의 외측면에는 인서트부재가 구비되며, 상기 탄성체와 스토퍼는 상기 인서트부재의 외측면에 일체로 성형되고,
상기 인서트부재의 축선방향 중앙부에는 오목하게 파여진 형태의 오목부가 인서트부재의 원주방향으로 구비되며, 상기 오목부가 포함된 인서트부재의 중앙부에 상기 탄성체가 배치되고,
상기 인서트부재의 중앙부는 인서트부재의 가장자리부보다 얇은 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 롤마운트 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼는 설정된 임계진폭 이상의 진동이 상기 코어에 입력될 때 상기 아우터파이프의 내측면에 접촉하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 롤마운트 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 스토퍼는 상기 임계진폭 미만의 진동이 상기 코어에 입력될 때 상기 아우터파이프의 내측면에 미접촉하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 롤마운트 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄성체는 코어에 진동이 입력되기 전부터 상기 아우터파이프의 내측면에 접촉한 상태로 상기 코어의 외측면에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 롤마운트 장치.

상기 스토퍼는 탄성체의 양측에 배치되는 제1 스토퍼와 제2 스토퍼로 구성되며, 상기 제1 스토퍼와 제2 스토퍼는 각각 인서트부재의 둘레방향으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 롤마운트 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 아우터파이프는 상기 코어와 동축으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 롤마운트 장치.
