Claims (5)
- 함수율이 70 중량% 이상의 수산부산물을 투입하고 증자하는 단계;
상기 증자된 수산부산물을 압착하여, 함수율 10 내지 40 중량%의 수산부산물과 압착액으로 분리하는 단계;
상기 함수율 10 내지 40 중량%의 수산부산물에, 10 내지 40 중량% 함수율을 가지는 분말형태의 마른멸치 부산물을 투입하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 압착액을 원심분리하여 고형성분의 이물질을 제거하고, 어유를 수득하는 단계;
상기 혼합물의 함수율을 8 중량% 이하로 건조하고 냉각 및 분쇄하여 어분을 수득하는 단계;를 포함하는 수산부산물로부터 기능성 어분을 제조하는 방법으로서, 상기 어분은 20 내지 200 메쉬 범위의 입자 크기를 가지는 것인 기능성 어분 제조방법. - 삭제
