다수개의 시트가 서로 중첩되어 형성되되, 각 시트가 서로 접하는 측면부위가 일정간격을 두고 접합되고, 그 접합위치가 지그재그로 형성됨으로써 각 시트 사이에는 다수의 충진공간인 셀이 서로 엇갈리게 형성되는 합성수지 소재의 시트(11)를 포함하여 이루어지는 지오셀로서, 얇은 띠형의 시트(11)는 여러 장 배열되고, 인접한 시트들끼리 서로 초음파접착하여, 시트 들을 펼치면 접착부에 의하여 다수의 충진공간인 셀이 형성되는 것이며, 상기 시트는 생분해성 합성수지 시트이며, 상기 지오셀의 각 충진공간인 셀 내에는 다수 개의 펠릿을 채워서 넣는 것으로,
상기 시트표면에는 코팅제를 도포하여 지오셀 설치후 식물 성장에 도움이 되게 하는 것으로, 상기 코팅제는 지렁이 분변토, 굼벵이 분변토, 전분을 포함하는 혼합물인 것이며, 상기 혼합물은 종이코팅지에 합침시켜, 콩기름으로 표면에 코팅한 후, 상기 코팅된 종이를 시트 내벽면에 접착제로 접착하여 사용하는 것으로, 상기 혼합물은 옥수수 전분 90중량부에 대하여, 지렁이 분변토 10 중량부 , 굼벵이 분변토 10중량부로 혼합하여 제조하는 것이며, 지렁이 분변토, 굼벵이 분변토는 지렁이 분변과 굼벵이 분변을 각각 3~ 10중량% 함유하고 있는 흙이며,
상기 종이코팅지는 메쉬형태의 대나무분말 또는 옥수수분말로 만든 격자틀에 접착하고 상기 격자틀을 시트 안쪽에 접착하는 것이며,
