상기 탄성패드(240)는 판형상으로, 캡플레이트(112)에 접촉된 연결탭(230)의 제1영역(231)과, 회로기판(121)사이에 개재된다. 상기 탄성패드(240)는 길이방향(x)의 길이(240b)가 제1영역(231)의 일부를 덮는 길이를 가질 수 있다. 즉, 상기 탄성패드(240)는 길이(240b)가 연결탭(230)의 제1영역(231)보다 더 작을 수 있다. 상기 탄성패드(140)는 제1영역(231)을 덮도록, 회로기판(121)과 제1영역(231)사이에 개재되며, 결합홀(231a)이 형성된 일측을 외부로 노출시킨다. 상기 탄성패드(240)는 그 높이(240h)가 연결탭(230)의 연결 영역(233)의 길이(233h)에 비해서 더 크다. 따라서 탄성패드(240)는 상부 케이스(150)가 캡플레이트(112)에 결합되면, 이차 전지(100)의 높이 방향(y)으로 압축될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 탄성패드(240)는 제1영역(231)의 상면과 캡플레이트(112)의 상면을 배터리 셀(110) 방향으로 밀고, 회로기판(121)을 상부 방향으로 미는 탄성력을 제공한다. 상기 탄성패드(240)에 의해서 연결탭(230)의 제1영역(231)은 별도의 물리적 변형 없이, 캡플레이트(112)의 상부에 밀착되어 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 또한 탄성패드(240)의 탄성력에 의해서, 캡플레이트(112)와 연결탭(230)의 제1영역(231)사이의 결합력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 탄성패드(240)는 외부에서 인가되는 충격도 흡수할 수 있고, 연결탭(230)과 캡플레이트(112)사이의 접촉저항이 증가되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 상기 탄성패드(240)는 실리콘, 고무 또는 다공성 재질인 폼 테이프 가운데 어느 하나로 형성될 수 있다.The

상기 전극 단자와 이격되도록, 상기 캡플레이트의 일측에 전기적으로 접속된 연결탭; 및
상기 연결탭과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 캡플레이트로부터 상부 방향으로 이격된 회로 기판을 포함하며,
상기 연결탭은 상기 캡플레이트의 상면에 밀착된 제1영역과, 상기 회로기판의 일측 하면에 접속된 제2영역 및, 상기 제1영역과 상기 제2영역 사이를 연결하는 연결 영역을 포함하며,
상기 제1영역이 상기 회로기판의 일측 끝단에 비해서, 상기 전극 단자와 인접 하도록 내측에 위치하며,
상기 제1영역의 하면에는 하부방향으로 돌출된 다수의 돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.a battery cell having a cap plate and an electrode terminal penetrating the cap plate;
