Abstract
본 발명은 선로 진동소음 저감 흡음장치에 있어서, 레일의 복부 양측부에 구비되는 패드와, 상기 패드의 외측에 구비되는 질량체와, 상기 질량체의 외측에 구비되는 다공질의 외부 덮개를 포함하여, 상기 외부 덮개의 외측을 지지하는 체결클립에 의하여 레일에 고정 지지되는것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)
- 선로 진동소음 저감 흡음장치에 있어서,
고무화합물 필름 복합재로 이루어져 레일의 복부 양측부에 점착 구비되는 패드와,
상기 패드의 외측에 밀착 구비되는 질량체와,
상기 질량체의 외측에 밀착 구비되는 다공질의 흡음구조체로 이루어진 외부 덮개와,
다수개의 관통공이 형성되어 상기 외부 덮개의 외측에 밀착 구비되는 천공패널을 포함하되,
상기 질량체의 내부에는 곡선으로 형성되며 액체가 수용되어 수직방향 진동 및 수평방향 진동을 흡수할 수 있는 액체관이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 선로 진동소음 저감 흡음장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 덮개는 외측을 지지하는 체결클립에 의하여 레일에 고정 지지되는것을 특징으로 하는 선로 진동소음 저감 흡음장치.

상기 액체관은 액체관 부피의 일부에 해당하는 양의 액체가 수용된 것을 특징으로 하는 선로 진동소음 저감 흡음장치.

상기 외부 덮개는 발포금속, 기포콘크리트, 기포고무, 흡음콘크리트 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 선로 진동소음 저감 흡음장치.

상기 체결클립은 레일의 길이방향으로 서로 대칭되도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선로 진동소음 저감 흡음장치.
