Claims (3)
- 건다시마 40~50중량%, 건멸치 20~25중량%, 건표고버섯 10~15중량% 및 장어 뼈 10~30중량%를 혼합하여 티백 포장재로 포장하는 다시팩 준비 단계;
쌀가루 40~50중량%, 전분 3~5중량%, 대나무잎 분말 5~7중량%, 귤 식이섬유 2~3중량%, 소금 1~1.5중량% 및 물 33.5~49중량%를 혼합하여 반죽을 제조한 후, 상기 반죽을 증숙하여 떡을 제조하고 정형한 다음 150~200℃의 온도에서 5~10초간 튀긴 후 밀봉하는 떡볶이용 떡 준비 단계;
고춧가루 25~30중량%, 청양고추 분말 2.5~3.5중량%, 향미증진제 1~2중량%, 멸치 분말 4.5~5중량%, 마늘 분말 4.5~5중량%, 양파 분말 2~2.5중량% 후추 분말 3~3.5중량% 및 설탕 48.5~57.5중량%를 혼합하여 소스를 제조 후 포장하는 떡볶이 소스 준비 단계; 및
상기 준비된 다시팩, 떡볶이용 떡 및 떡볶이 소스를 포장용기에 담는 포장 단계; 를 포함하는, 다시팩을 이용한 떡볶이 밀키트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다시팩 준비 단계는 혼합물을 티백 포장재로 포장 전 은행잎 추출물을 포함하는 스팀기에서 스팀처리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 다시팩을 이용한 떡볶이 밀키트의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 떡볶이용 떡 준비 단계는 정형한 떡을 튀기기 전 떡의 표면에 찹쌀 분말을 도포하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 다시팩을 이용한 떡볶이 밀키트의 제조방법.
