Abstract
아울러, 본 발명은 재결정 열처리 온도를 750 ~ 850℃로 낮춤과 더불어, 최종 열처리를 900 ~ 1,100℃에서 1 ~ 30분으로 단축시킴으로써, 공정상의 비용을 절감할 수 있으면서도 철손을 저감할 수 있게 된다.

S120 : 열연 소둔 열처리 단계
S130 : 냉간압연 단계
S140 : 재결정 열처리 단계
S150 : 절연코팅 및 가공 처리 단계
S160 : 최종 열처리 단계
Claims (10)
- (a) C : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.05 중량% 이하, Si : 1.0 ~ 3.5 중량%, Al : 0.2 ~ 0.6 중량%, Mn : 0.02 ~ 0.20 중량%, P : 0.01 ~ 0.20 중량%, S : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.01 중량% 이하 및 나머지 Fe와 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 강 슬라브를 재가열한 후, 열간압연하는 단계;
(b) 상기 열간압연된 강판을 열연 소둔 열처리하고, 산세하는 단계;
(c) 상기 산세된 강판을 냉간압연하는 단계;
(d) 상기 냉간압연된 강판을 700 ~ 900℃의 온도 조건으로 재결정 열처리하는 단계;
(e) 상기 재결정 열처리된 강판을 절연코팅한 후, 가공 처리하는 단계; 및
(f) 상기 가공 처리된 강판을 900 ~ 1,100℃의 온도 조건으로 최종 열처리하는 단계;
를 포함하는 무방향성 전기강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서,
상기 강 슬라브는
Cu : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.03 중량% 이하, Ni : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.03 중량% 이하 및 Cr : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.05 중량% 이하를 중 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 무방향성 전기강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계 이후,
상기 전기강판은
0.05 ~ 0.50mm의 두께를 갖는 무방향성 전기강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계에서,
상기 재결정 열처리는
750 ~ 850℃에서 1 ~ 60분 동안 실시하는 무방향성 전기강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (f) 단계에서,
상기 최종 열처리는
1 ~ 30분 동안 실시하는 무방향성 전기강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (f) 단계 이후,
상기 전기강판은
1.50 ~ 1.90 W/kg의 철손(W15/50) 및 1.65 ~ 1.80 T의 자속밀도(B50)를 갖는 무방향성 전기강판 제조 방법.
- C : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.05 중량% 이하, Si : 1.0 ~ 3.5 중량%, Al : 0.2 ~ 0.6 중량%, Mn : 0.02 ~ 0.20 중량%, P : 0.01 ~ 0.20 중량%, S : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.01 중량% 이하, Cu : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.03 중량% 이하, Ni : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.03 중량% 이하 및 Cr : 0 중량% 초과 내지 0.05 중량% 이하 및 나머지 Fe와 불가피한 불순물을 포함하며,
1.56 ~ 1.84 W/kg의 철손(W15/50) 및 1.65 ~ 1.80 T의 자속밀도(B50)를 갖고, 255 ~ 264Hv의 경도를 갖는 무방향성 전기강판.
- 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전기강판은
0.05 ~ 0.50mm의 두께를 갖는 무방향성 전기강판.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전기강판은
350 ~ 540N/㎟의 인장강도를 갖는 무방향성 전기강판.
