도 2는 본 발명에 따른 투명 폴리우레아를 도포한 후의 투명도를 촬영한 사진.
Claims (4)
테트라에틸 N,N'-(메틸렌디-4,1-시클로헥사네디일)비스(아스파르트산)[Tetraethyl N,N'-(methylenedi-4,1-cyclohexanediyl)bis(aspartate)] 45 ~ 70중량%, 테트라에틸 N,N'-[메틸렌비스(2-메틸-4,1-시클로헥사네디일)]비스(아스파르트산)[Tetraethyl N,N'-[methylenebis(2-methyl-4,1-cyclohexanediyl)]bis(aspartate)] 20 ~ 54 중량%, 비스(2-프로필헵틸)프탈레이트[Bis(2-propylheptyl)phthalate] 0.01 ~ 10 중량%로 조성된 경화제로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리우레아.
상기 주제와 경화제는 2.5 ~ 3 : 1 ~ 1.5 부피비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리우레아.
1,6-다이소시아나토헥산 및 1,6-헥산디올을 갖는 2-옥세파논 중합체[2-Oxepanone polymer with 1,6-diisocyanatohexane and 1,6-hexanediol] 15 ~ 45 중량%, 1,6-다이소시아나토헥산 동중합체[1,6-Diisocyanatohexane homopolymer] 15 ~ 50 중량%, 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,3-펜타네이드이올에스터 다이이소뷰티르산[2,2,4-Trimethyl-1,3-pentanediolester diisobutyrate] 10 ~ 40 중량%로 조성된 주제와, 테트라에틸 N,N'-(메틸렌디-4,1-시클로헥사네디일)비스(아스파르트산)[Tetraethyl N,N'-(methylenedi-4,1-cyclohexanediyl)bis(aspartate)] 45 ~ 70중량%, 테트라에틸 N,N'-[메틸렌비스(2-메틸-4,1-시클로헥사네디일)]비스(아스파르트산)[Tetraethyl N,N'-[methylenebis(2-methyl-4,1-cyclohexanediyl)]bis(aspartate)] 20 ~ 54 중량%, 비스(2-프로필헵틸)프탈레이트[Bis(2-propylheptyl)phthalate] 0.01 ~ 10 중량%로 조성된 경화제를 혼합하여 이루어진 투명 폴리우레아를 도포하여 폴리우레아 도막층을 형성하는 폴리우레아 도포단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리우레아를 이용한 방수공법.
상기 폴리우레아 도막층의 상부에 톱 클리어(top clear)를 형성하는 톱클리어층 형성단계를 더 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 폴리우레아를 이용한 방수공법.
