도 5A 는, 초경 공구의 절삭날의 확대도, 도 5B 는, CBN 공구의 절삭날의 확대도이다.
도 6 은, 초경 공구, CBN 공구 및 슬릿이 들어간 PCD 공구의 특징을 정리한 표이다.
도 7 은, 슬릿이 들어간 PCD 공구의 변형예를 나타내는 사시도이다.
Claims (6)
- 금속 워크 (10) 를 경면 가공하는 경면 가공 방법으로서,
섕크 (21) 의 선단에 다결정 다이아몬드 또는 입방정 질화붕소에 의해 형성된 원기둥부 (22) 가 형성되고, 상기 원기둥부에 직선 형상으로 연장되는 홈 (24) 이 형성됨으로써 형성된 절삭날 (26) 을 갖는 제 1 공구 (14) 에 의해 제 1 가공을 실시하는 스텝과,
상기 제 1 가공 이후에, 섕크의 선단에 다결정 다이아몬드 또는 입방정 질화붕소에 의해 형성된 원기둥부 (28) 가 형성되고, 상기 원기둥부에 절삭날을 갖지 않는 제 2 공구 (16) 에 의해 제 2 가공을 실시하는 스텝을 갖는, 경면 가공 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 가공 이전에, 섕크의 선단에 초경 합금에 의해 형성된 보디 (18) 가 형성되고, 상기 보디에 절삭날을 갖는 제 3 공구에 의해 제 3 가공을 실시하는 스텝을 갖는, 경면 가공 방법. - 워크 (10) 를 경면 가공하는 경면 가공 공구 (14) 로서,
섕크 (21) 의 선단에 다결정 다이아몬드 또는 입방정 질화붕소에 의해 형성된 원기둥부 (22) 가 형성되고, 상기 원기둥부에 직선 형상으로 연장되는 홈 (24) 이 형성됨으로써 형성된 절삭날 (26) 을 갖고,
상기 절삭날의 레이크각의 크기와 플랭크각의 크기가 거의 동등한, 경면 가공 공구. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 홈의 폭과 상기 절삭날의 마진 폭의 비는 1 대 9 인, 경면 가공 공구. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 절삭날은, 방전 가공 또는 레이저 가공에 의해 마무리된, 경면 가공 공구. - 삭제
