Claims (5)
- 수력을 회전력으로 변환하는 날개차(impeller);
상기 날개차에 장착된 날개축(blade shaft)으로서, 1개 이상의 베어링에 의해 회전 가능하게 지지되는 날개축;
상기 날개축의 회전을 증속하는 기어부;
상기 기어부에 연결되어 발전하는 발전기; 및
상기 날개축, 상기 1개 이상의 베어링, 및 상기 기어부를 수용하는 기어 박스로서, 또한 상기 1개 이상의 베어링에 사용되는 식품 기계용 그리스(grease) A 및 상기 기어부에 사용되는 식품 기계용 그리스 B를 포함하는 식품 기계용 그리스를 수용하는 기어 박스;
를 포함하는 수력 발전 장치로서,
상기 기어 박스는, 기어부 부근부에, 상기 식품 기계용 그리스 B를 저류(貯留)하는 윤활유 저류부를 구비하고,
상기 식품 기계용 그리스 A와, 상기 식품 기계용 그리스 B는, 증조제(增稠劑)와 베이스 오일 모두 종류가 같으며, 또한 상기 식품 기계용 그리스 A보다 상기 식품 기계용 그리스 B의 조도(稠度; consistency)가 큰,
수력 발전 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 1개 이상의 베어링 중 1개의 베어링은, 상기 기어부의 일측에 위치하고, 적어도 상기 기어부 측의 일측면에 시일 부재를 구비한, 수력 발전 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기어 박스에는, 상기 식품 기계용 그리스를 배출하는 드레인공이 형성되어 있는, 수력 발전 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
