Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pylon device for fixing an overhead power transmission line in the field of power transmission technology and a construction method thereof, and more particularly, to stably support the transmission line and to minimize the sagging of the transmission line due to a change in tension. In addition, even when a tensile force is applied to the transmission line, it is restored to its original state, thereby improving the convenience and safety of maintenance, thereby increasing the reliability of the power supply. it's about
In general, the shape of a pylon used as a support for a power transmission line varies depending on the transmission power, voltage, topography, etc. of the line, and some have a height of 60 m.
The pylon of the transmission line usually supports three-phase, two-line, that is, six wires with insulators.
The distance between the pylons is 20-30 m, and the minimum height from the surface of the electric wire installed on the pylon is determined by the electrical equipment technology, for example, 6 m in the case of a 150,000 V line.
Usually, when the track crosses a wide river or deep valley, the span is long, and thus the tension of the wire increases, so a particularly strong structure is required.
Even for transmission lines, there are small ones, or poles erected on a single foundation as support for distribution lines or telephone lines.
These pylons for transmission lines connect a number of transmission lines to each other, and these transmission lines are installed under conditions where vibration or amplitude is easy to occur as they are greatly affected by climatic factors such as wind, snow and rain due to the nature of being installed at high altitude.
Therefore, when a certain period of time elapses, a sagging phenomenon is caused in the transmission line, and when a strong wind blows, the transmission lines are violently shaken up and down, causing friction with each other, as well as causing a major safety accident such as short circuit or power outage.
