Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is an exploded cross-sectional view showing a conveyor belt for transport according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1 , the conveyor belt for transport according to the present invention includes a belt body part 30 , a horizontal protrusion part 32 , an elastic part 20 , and a spandex part 10 .

First, the belt body 30 corresponds to the frame of the belt in the form of a ring, and is generally manufactured using a PVC material. The belt body part 30 is rotated through the driving pulley and the driven pulley by bonding the timing belt part 34 to the inner circumferential surface.

A plurality of horizontal protrusions 32 are protruded in the longitudinal direction on the outer circumferential surface of the ring-shaped belt body, and these horizontal protrusions form protrusions protruding upward through an elastic part to be described later to prevent the moving product from being separated. .

Here, the longitudinal direction refers to a direction in which the conveyor belt is rotated.

Next, the elastic part 20 is adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the belt body part 30, and the elastic part 20 prevents the product falling on the upper part of the conveyor belt from being damaged due to the fall.

The elastic part 20 is generally made of a sponge or rubber material, and when used for a long time, the product may be damaged by debris or the edge portion falling off.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention bonds the spandex part 10 to the outside of the elastic part 20 .

The spandex part 10 is adhered to the outer surface of the elastic part through an adhesive, and when simply bonding the spandex part to the elastic part outer surface, the side surface cannot be protected.

Accordingly, in the present invention, the cutout 22 is formed in which the lower portions of both edges of the elastic part 20 are cut at a predetermined angle, and both ends of the spandex part 10 are bonded to surround the cutout.

Looking at the bonding of the spandex part and the elastic part in more detail, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the bonding of the elastic part and the spandex part according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in (a) of FIG. 2, the spandex part 10 is first applied to the upper portion of the elastic part 20 with an adhesive to bond, and as shown in FIG. The cutout 20 is formed under the edge of the part 20 .

Next, as shown in (c) of FIG. 2, both ends of the spandex part 10 are pulled so that the spandex part 10 can completely wrap the cutout 20 so that it is joined to the lower surface of the elastic part 20. .

3 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a conveying conveyor belt according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 3 , in the region where the horizontal protrusion 32 is formed, the elastic part 20 forms the protrusion A protruding upward, so the product (fruit, etc.) is separated to the outside of the conveyor belt during the transport process. can prevent

At this time, the cross section of the horizontal protrusion 32 is manufactured in a trapezoidal shape so that the portion where the horizontal protrusion 32 is formed can be in close contact with the elastic part 20 .

In addition, in order to prevent damage due to collision between adjacent products, a plurality of vertical protrusions protruding in the vertical direction may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the belt body portion.

Next, looking at the manufacturing method of the conveyor belt for transport according to the present invention,

4 is a flowchart illustrating a method of manufacturing a conveyor belt for transport according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention.

The method for manufacturing a conveyor belt for transport according to the present invention includes a belt body forming step of forming the belt body into an annular shape using a PVC material, and a protrusion bonding step of joining a plurality of protrusions to the outer peripheral surface of the belt body. In this process, the protrusion may form a horizontal protrusion and a vertical protrusion.

Next, a spandex part bonding step of bonding the spandex part to the upper surface of the elastic part using an adhesive is performed, and an incision forming step of forming an outwardly incised incision at a predetermined angle is performed under both edges of the elastic part to which the spandex part is bonded. The elastic part that has undergone this incision forming step goes through an incision bonding step of adhering the standex to the bottom of the elastic part so that both ends of the spandex part surround the cutout, and bonding the other surface of the elastic part to the outside of the belt body using a pressure roller. It is adhered to the belt body part through the elastic part bonding step.

Finally, the belt is completed through the belt completion step of bonding the timing belt portion to the inner circumferential surface of the belt body portion.

As described above, the present invention has a main technical idea to provide a conveyor belt for transport and a method for manufacturing the same, and since the embodiment described above with reference to the drawings is only one embodiment, the true scope of the present invention is defined in the claims It should be determined by the scope.
