After the filtrate 174 is separated from the food waste, the remaining solid 172 is discharged through the discharge path 95 and transferred to the dryer 130 .

As shown in FIG. 14 , the automatic washing unit 100 automatically sprays washing water to the inside of the solid-liquid separator 80 to wash the inside of the solid-liquid separator 80 , and the inside of the solid-liquid separator 80 is clogged. to prevent In the automatic washing unit 100 according to an embodiment, a plurality of nozzle members 104 for supplying washing water are installed inside the cover unit 91 . The nozzle members 104 are sequentially installed along the vertical longitudinal direction of the cover part 91 , and each nozzle member 104 is connected to the washing water supply pipe 102 to receive washing water. Since the washing water is supplied through the washing water supply pipe 102 every set time and the washing water is sprayed into the inside of the cover part 91 through the nozzle member 104, it prevents foreign substances from being caught in the screen hole 90, Due to this, the filtrate 174 separated from the food waste can be easily discharged to the outside of the screen hole 90 .

The driving unit 110 for supplying power to rotate the solid-liquid separator 80 uses a motor and is operated by a control signal from the control unit 35 .

The driving unit 110 and the solid-liquid separator 80 are installed side by side, and are connected to each other by the power transmission unit 120 . The power transmission unit 120 is connected to the driving unit 110 and the solid-liquid separator 80 and transmits power at different rotational speeds by different gear ratios. The power transmission unit 120 according to an embodiment includes a first gear unit 121 , a second gear unit 122 , a belt unit 125 , and a protective case 128 .

The first gear unit 121 is connected to the shaft of the driving unit 110 by stacking circular gears in a plurality of stages. By setting the number of gear teeth of the first gear unit 121 and the second gear unit 122 differently, the rotation speed of the second upper gear 123 and the second lower gear 124 is different. Therefore, the ogre 85 connected to the second upper gear 123 and the screen hole 90 connected to the second lower gear 124 rotate in the same direction, but the ogre 85 rotates faster than the screen hole 90 . The cleaner part 89 can easily remove foreign substances hanging on the inside of the screen hole 90 .

Since the protective case 128 is installed in a shape surrounding the first gear part 121, the second gear part 122, and the belt part 125, noise generated during power transmission is reduced, and external foreign substances are removed from the first gear. The inflow into the part 121 and the second gear part 122 is blocked.

Hereinafter, an operating state of the food waste disposal apparatus 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The food waste injected into the sink (2) in each household in the apartment house is pulverized by the food grinder (3) and then moved through the kitchen pipe (5), the first transport pipe section (6) or the second transport pipe section ( 7) is moved to

The food waste is moved to and stored in the storage tank unit 40 in the machine room 39 and then moved to the solid-liquid separation unit 70 to separate the liquid filtrate 174 and the solid solid 172 from the food waste. The food waste moved to the lower side of the auger 85 through the shaft member 86 of the solid-liquid separator 80 is discharged through a passage formed under the shaft member 86 . As the ogre 85 and the screen hole 90 rotate, the food waste moves upward through the transfer plate 88 of the ogre 85 . At this time, the filtrate 174 , which is a liquid contained in the food waste, flows down by its own weight and is discharged through the drain pipe 96 .

In addition, some of the filtrate 174 contained in the food waste passes through the screen hole 90 due to centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the ogre 85 and the screen hole 90, moves to the outside, and then falls downward to the drain pipe 96. Move.

The solid material 172 pushed upward by the rotation of the auger 85 is moved to the dryer 130 through the discharge path 95 . The solids 172 that are primarily stored and dried in the reaction tank 132 of the dryer 130 are moved to the aging tank 133 by the operation of the first transfer unit 134 for secondary storage, and aging and drying are performed.

The solid material 172 on which the drying operation is completed is discharged to the food waste bin 160 or a separate transportation means. Meanwhile, the odor generated in the machine room 39 is removed by the operation of the blower 150 having the quadruple filter unit 152 .

As described above, according to the present invention, the food waste discharged from the apartment house passes through the storage tank unit 40 , the solid-liquid separation unit 70 , and the dryer 130 , and is separated into a solid material 172 and a filtrate 174 . Therefore, it is possible to easily dispose of food waste in each household. In addition, since the belt unit 125 is used for the power transmission unit 120 that transmits the power of the driving unit 110 to the solid-liquid separator 80, noise is reduced compared to the power transmission structure using a gear, and operation reliability can be improved. . In addition, since the brush-shaped cleaner 89 is rotated on the outside of the ogre 85 to remove foreign substances in the screen hole 90 , the filtrate 174 separated from the food waste is discharged to the outside through the screen hole 90 . operation can be easily performed.
