본 발명은 도금 방지용 캡에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 용융 아연 도금 처리되는 되는 강재 제품의 용접 부위에 도금이 이루어지지 않도록 용접 부위에 씌워지는 캡을 내열성을 가질 뿐만 아니라 표면에 용융 아연 도금액이 달라붙지 않는 성질을 갖는 세라믹 재질로 제작함으로써 제작 및 사용이 용이하고 재사용이 가능하여 경제적일 뿐만아니라 용접 부위에 도금 방지가 확실하게 이루어지는 도금 방지용 캡에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 도금 방지용 캡은, 용융 아연 도금되는 강재 제품의 용접 부위의 아연 도금이 방지되도록 상기 용접 부위가 삽입되어 그 표면이 밀착되는 삽입 공간을 갖는 도금 방지용 캡에 있어서, 상기 도금 방지용 캡은 세라믹 재질인 것을 특징으로 한다.
