Claims (6)
- 발전부지에 파일링으로 세워지는 지주와; 상기 지주의 상단에 탑프레임과 지지프레임의 구조물로 이루어지는 프레임과; 상기 프레임에서 간격을 두고 복수로 설치되는 풍력발전장치를 포함하되,
상기 풍력발전장치는,
풍력을 이용하여 회전력을 발생하는 회전날개와;
상기 회전날개의 상/하측에 볼트 고정되는 날개상부고정축 및 날개하부고정축과;
상기 지지프레임의 상부에 고정되어 회전날개의 회전 및 하중을 제어하는 날개하부고정브라켓과;
상기 날개하부고정축과 동시에 볼트 체결 고정되어 회전의 과속을 제어하는 제동장치와;
상기 탑프레임의 하부에 고정되어 상기 날개상부고정축과 축설되는 날개상부고정베어링과;
상기 탑프레임의 상부에 고정되어 발전기를 고정 지지하는 발전기고정베이스와;
상기 날개상부고정축과 발전기의 로타 축을 연결하여 동력을 전달해주는 연결커플링과;
상기 회전날개의 연결커플링으로 회전력을 전달받아 증속하여 전기를 발생하는 발전기와;
상기 발전기에서 발생된 전기에너지를 모아 송 수전을 제어하는 풍력배터리 제어부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는
다목적 사보니우스 풍력발전장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 회전날개는
풍압을 받아 회전력을 발생하는 사보니우스형의 날개와;
상기 날개가 몸통의 길이방향으로 삽입 결합되고, 상기 날개상부고정축과 날개하부고정축이 볼팅되는 날개축과;
상기 날개와 날개축의 상/하측을 받쳐주면서 대칭되도록 볼팅되게 하고, 상기 날개의 상/하측을 막아 풍압을 증가시키도록 형성되는 날개고정판을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
다목적 사보니우스 풍력발전장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,
날개는 반호형태의 좌우 한쌍이 상호 대칭되도록 이루어지며,
날개는 몸체 길이방향과 측끝단부를 따라 등간격을 유지하며 다수로 돌출되는 몸체측의 제1 보강리브 및 측끝단부에서 돌출되는 제2 보강리브를 더 포함하고,
날개축은 그 둘레면 길이방향을 따라 제2 보강리브에 맞대응하는 적어도 둘 이상의 가이드홈이 형성되며,
날개의 제2 보강리브가 날개축의 가이드홈에 맞춤 삽입하도록 형성되고,
날개고정판은 그 면부상에 날개의 제1 보강리브와 날개축에 대응하는 볼트공이 다수개로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는
다목적 사보니우스 풍력발전장치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,
날개의 제1 보강리브 상/하측 양끝단부와 상기 날개축의 상/하측 양끝단부에는 각각 볼트공이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는
다목적 사보니우스 풍력발전장치.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 회전날개는 상기 탑프레임과 지지프레임의 사이에서 지역별 풍속의 선택 설치에 따라 상하 한 쌍의 복층 구조로 이루어지되,
하나의 선택 회전날개와 다른 하나의 선택 회전날개는 크로스 형태로 위치하는 병렬 구조를 이루도록 설치됨을 특징으로
다목적 사보니우스 풍력발전장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제동장치는
속력을 저하시키는 브레이크로타와;
상기 브레이크로타에 마찰력을 발생시키는 브레이크패드와;
상기 브레이크패드를 고정시키는 패드고정브라켓을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는
다목적 사보니우스 풍력발전장치.
