changing the state of the electronic device to an active mode enabling execution of the application program in response to checking the state of the electronic device corresponding to the idle mode or the sleep mode;
executing the application program together with the received request in response to completion of changing the state of the electronic device; and
In response to checking a result of executing the application program together with the received request, transmitting information about the checked result to the external electronic device.
