Description
The present invention relates to an immunoassay diagnostic device. More specifically, by disposing a separate mask having a slit portion and allowing the shape and size of the slit portion of the mask to be adjusted by an electrical signal, so that other reflected light other than the reflected light reflected from the light reflection composite of the actual sample strip does not pass through Accordingly, the overall diagnostic accuracy can be improved by improving the detection accuracy of the reflected light, and by enabling the position adjustment along with the shape and size adjustment of the slit part of the mask, the position of the slit part without a separate mechanical driving part can be adjusted so that the irradiation position of the inspection light can be changed conveniently and quickly, thereby reducing product size and production cost, and expanding the range of use as it can be applied to various types of sample strips through one device It relates to an immunoassay diagnostic device.
The test method used for disease diagnosis is mainly based on color development and fluorescence by enzymatic reaction, but recently, a method using an immunoassay using an immune reaction between an antigen and an antibody is also used. Such an immunoassay method mainly uses a labeled biosensor that can label an antibody with a radioactive isotope or a fluorescent substance to determine the presence or absence of an antigen, and quantify it by the intensity of radiation or fluorescence.
Conventional immunoassay methods include a method of measuring a signal obtained by labeling an antigen or antibody with a radioactive material, a luminescent material, or a fluorescent material, an Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) that combines a light label with an enzyme catalytic reaction, and Western blotting. Optical measurement methods such as Western blotting have been used the most. These methods have disadvantages in that they require complicated procedures that can be mainly performed by skilled researchers mainly in laboratories, the apparatus for analysis is an expensive, large-scale apparatus, and the analysis time is long.
Antibodies, which are the target substances of the immune sensor, exist in very low concentrations in biological samples such as whole blood, serum, and urine, so the immune sensor is more sensitive than biosensor technology that detects other substances. In terms of detection limit, it should have high-sensitivity signaling technology. In addition, since the structure of antibodies, protein antigens, and the like, is easily changed by changes in the external environment, the recognition site of the antigen or antibody is easily altered to lose its intrinsic biorecognition function. Under the circumstances of the immune sensor that needs to be analyzed in a solid form, a sensor surface suitable for a biomaterial that can maintain the activity of these biomaterials, a biomaterial immobilization technology that can increase the detection limit, and a biometric response as a quantified signal It is necessary to secure a measuring method that converts.
A rapid diagnostic test kit for immunoassay is a test tool for point-of-care in which a diagnostic test can be performed using a biological sample such as blood, urine, saliva, and the like. Examples of such rapid diagnostic test kits include a pregnancy diagnostic kit, an AIDS diagnostic kit, and the like.
Such a diagnostic device must establish a method capable of detecting a predetermined biological material (protein or DNA, etc.) for diagnosis. A conventional fluorescent labeling method using an organic dye is known as a method for detecting a biological material, but it has a relatively more complex structure such as a separate fluorescence detection means capable of detecting fluorescence, a fluorescent material and a separate light source for generating fluorescence. has Contrary to this, a method of simply detecting reflected light reflected from a biological material is also widely used, which has the advantage of a relatively simple configuration.
The immunoassay diagnostic apparatus operates on the same operating principle as either a fluorescent method or a reflected light method, and uses a sample strip capable of adsorbing and supplying a biological sample through capillary action. A plurality of reaction regions to which a separate reaction material is attached are respectively formed on the sample strip, and in the plurality of reaction regions, each reaction material is combined with a biological sample having a specific disease to form a light reflection complex. receives light and reflects it. After the sample strip is inserted into the device, a test light is irradiated from a light source to the sample strip, and reflected light reflected from a reaction region of the sample strip is detected through an optical system, thereby diagnosing a specific disease of the biological sample.
In order to diagnose a specific disease in this way, it is necessary to accurately detect the reflected light reflected from the sample strip, and to determine which area the reflected light is generated in. In order to accurately identify the reflected light generation area, a method of scanning the entire area of the sample strip by mechanically moving the sample strip or optical system is generally used. There are problems such as limiting the miniaturization of In addition, a method of accurately identifying the position of the light reflection generating area is used by taking a 2D image of the entire area of the sample strip using a camera and analyzing it. In this case, the accuracy is improved, but the manufacturing cost is increased. The problem is that the scope is limited and it is not generally widely used.

The immunoassay diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is an apparatus capable of accurately detecting reflected light generated from a sample strip in an entire area without using a scanning operation or a camera using a mechanical drive, the
As described in the background art, the
Looking at the process in which the light reflection complex is formed in the

The
The main
The
The
In this case, the
When the inspection light L is irradiated to the
In addition, the
According to this structure, the immunoassay diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention uses a
Therefore, all of the inspection light can be simultaneously irradiated to the plurality of
In this case, diagnostic accuracy and ease of use may be improved by simply disposing the
Meanwhile, in FIGS. 1 to 3 , the
In this case, the area of the
For example, the
As described above, the shape and size adjustment of the
On the other hand, the
More specifically, the
In one embodiment of the present invention, the
That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , a plurality of
At this time, the
When the
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the shape and size of the
At this time, the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1 , the
At this time, the
In the immunoassay diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, the position, shape, and size of the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7 , in the immunoassay apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, a mode selector ( 610) may be provided.
At this time, reference position information, reference shape information, and reference size information of the
Accordingly, when the operation mode is selected by the
For example, when the positions of the plurality of
In the method of scanning a specific area of the
Accordingly, in one embodiment of the present invention, the user can select various operating modes through the
At this time, the reference position information of the
In addition, the reference position information of the
In the background art, a configuration for scanning the entire area of the sample strip by moving the optical system or the sample strip has been described, which requires a mechanical driving unit, which causes various problems. In an embodiment of the present invention, since the
In addition, the reference shape and size of the
As described above, the shape and size adjustment of the
According to such a configuration, in an embodiment of the present invention, a user can select various operating modes through the
8 and 9 are diagrams conceptually illustrating the configuration of an optical module of an immunoassay diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 illustrates various arrangement states of a mask according to an embodiment of the present invention. It is a schematic drawing.
In the
In addition, the
In this case, the
8 and 9 , the
Meanwhile, although not shown, a light source control unit 500 (see FIG. 7 ) capable of controlling the operating state of the
As described above, the intensity of the inspection light emitted from the
As shown in FIG. 8 , the inspection light generated by the
Meanwhile, in the above description, it has been described that the inspection light of the
That is, the inspection light of the
As described above, by allowing the inspection light of the
