Claims (4)
- 열분해 소각로(100)는,
상기 열분해 소각로(100)에서 배출되는 가스가 유입되도록 연결되는 열교환기(200)와, 상기 열교환기(200)에 의해 제조되는 스팀을 저장하는 스팀저장탱크(220)와, 상기 스팀저장탱크(220) 내의 스팀이 유입되도록 연결된 발전기(300)와, 상기 발전기(300)과 연결되어 상기 발전기(300)를 경유한 스팀을 저장하는 급수탱크(320)와, 상기 열교환기(200)에서 배출되는 가스가 유입되도록 연결된 싸이클론(400)과, 상기 싸이클론(400)을 통과한 가스가 유입되도록 연결된 집진기(500)와, 상기 집진기(500)를 통과한 가스가 유입되도록 연결된 굴뚝(600)을 포함하되,
상기 열분해 소각로(100)는,
내화벽돌로 조적된 연소실(107)로 구성된 본체(101)와, 상기 연소실의 상부에 마련되는 쓰레기 투입구(103)와, 상기 본체(101)의 둘레에 나선형태로 결합하되, 상기 연소실 속으로 공기를 분사하기 위한 레듀셔(104a)를 갖추고, 분사된 공기를 상기 연소실의 열을 통해 예열시키는 이중구조로 이루어진 공기예열자켓(104)과, 상기 연소실(107)의 하부에 유압 실린더(110)에 의해 승하강되도록 결합하되, 가요성 연장관을 통해 공기예열자켓의(104) 출구와 연결되는 에어공급노즐(106)을 포함하고,
상기 열교환기(200)는,
상기 열분해 소각로(100)와 상기 스팀저장탱크(220) 사이에 연결되되, 지그재그 형태로 흐르도록 배치된 통로(203)를 갖춘 격벽(202)으로 구획된 제 1 내지 제 3 체류실(a,b,c)을 갖추고, 상기 제 1 체류실(a)과 제 3 체류실(c)은 급수탱크(320)와 연결되어 유체를 이송시키되, 배관이 지그재그 형태로 이루어진 제 1 및 제 3 열교환 매체(205a,205c)가 각각 설치되고, 상기 제 2 체류실(b)은 메인관(205)을 통해 상기 제 1 및 제 3 열교환 매체(205a,205c) 사이에 연통되게 연결되되, 상기 양 메인관(205) 사이에 메인관(205) 보다 더 작은 직경으로 이루어진 미세관(206)이 결합된 제 2 열교환 매체(205b)를 포함하며,
상기 발전기(300)는,
상기 스팀저장탱크(220)와 연결되어 스팀을 유도하는 유입관(301)과, 고온 고압의 스팀에 의해 회전되는 터빈 블레이드(303)와, 상기 블레이드(303)가 결합된 로터와 연동하여 발전하는 발전모터(310)를 포함하고,
상기 굴뚝(600)은,
그 하부에 상기 집진기(500)를 경유한 가스가 유입되도록 연결되는 필터 하우징(601)으로서, 상기 필터 하우징(601)은 경사진 바닥면(602)과, 상기 바닥면(602) 위에 충진되는 필터부재(602a)와, 그 상부에 설치되어 상기 필터부재(602a)를 위로 물을 분사하는 살수노즐(603)과, 상기 굴뚝(600)과 통해진 연통구멍(605)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기의 열분해 소각로 및 이와 연계된 발전시스템. - 삭제
