Claims (5)
- 탱크벽(1) 표면에 포설된 한 층의 망(3)과 하프 관(half pipe)(4)을 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 망(3)이 탱크벽(1) 표면에 느슨하게 배치되어 상기 망과 탱크벽(1) 표면 사이에 제1틈새가 남게 되고,
상기 하프 관(4)은 탱크벽 표면에 형성된 용접 심(soldering seam)의 상방을 덮으면서, 상기 하프 관(4)의 바닥부 양단이 탱크벽(1) 표면과 고정되어 상기 하프 관(4) 바닥부 중간과 상기 용접 심(2) 사이에 제2틈새가 남게 되며,
상기 망(3)의 표면 및 망 홀(hole) 사이에 폴리우레탄폼(5)을 분사하여 상기 폴리우레탄폼(5)이 상기 망(3)을 탱크벽(1)에 고정시키고, 분사 후의 탱크벽(1) 표면과 망(3) 사이에는 상기 제1틈새가 남게 되며,
상기 제2틈새에는 질소가 주입되고, 상기 탱크벽으로부터 내부의 액체질소 또는 기타 액체가 누설되면 상기 제2틈새에 설치된 액체누설 검측장치가 이를 검측하여 누설구역을 확정하고,
상기 탱크벽(1) 표면의 용접 심이 없는 부분에서 액체가 누설되면 액체가 상기 망(3)을 따라 흐르고, 나아가 하프관(4)과 탱크벽(1)의 제2틈새 안에 도달하면 상기 액체누설 검측장치가 이를 검측하여 누설 구역을 확정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 누설추적 기능이 구비된 일종의 저온저장탱크의 보온내층구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 망(3)은 저온 보호망인 것을 특징으로 하는 누설추적 기능이 구비된 일종의 저온저장탱크의 보온내층구조. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 망(3)은 철사망, 유리망 또는 탄소섬유망인 것을 특징으로 하는 누설추적 기능이 구비된 일종의 저온저장탱크의 보온내층구조. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 망(3)은 단일한 편상(片狀) 망 또는 다수의 편상 망을 붙여 연결한 망인 것을 특징으로 하는 누설추적 기능이 구비된 일종의 저온저장탱크의 보온내층구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하프 관(4)은 폴리우레탄폼 판인 것을 특징으로 하는 누설추적 기능이 구비된 일종의 저온저장탱크의 보온내층구조.
