Claims (8)
- 직립된 직사각 박스 형상의 프레임으로, 상단에 제어모듈을 지지하고, 제어모듈에 연결되는, 온열 마사지부, 온열 석션부, 열 화상 카메라부를 수용하며, 하단에 바퀴가 형성되어 이동을 가능하게 하는 온열 마사지기 본체(100)와,
온열 마사지기 본체의 상단에 위치하여 고정되고, 환자의 치료시 식별 ID를 기록하고, 식별 ID에 따른 환자의 치료 방식, 치료 날짜, 치료 시간, 치료 전·후의 신체온도 측정 정보를 자동으로 수집 및 저장하는 제어모듈(200)과,
원판 형상으로 제어모듈과 연결되고, 제어모듈의 제어 신호에 따라 도자에 온열을 발생시켜 환자의 피부에 열을 전달하는 온열 마사지부(300)와,
중공형태의 반구 또는 반타원형상의 흡착부재 형상으로 제어모듈과 연결되고, 제어 모듈의 제어 신호에 따라 연결된 호스를 통해 피부에 맞닿은 흡착부재 내부의 공기를 흡입하여 발생하는 압력으로 환자의 피부를 내측방향으로 잡아당기며 흡착부재에 열을 발생시켜 당겨진 피부에 열을 가하는 온열 석션부(400)와,
환자의 신체 내부의 열을 추적, 감지하여 감지된 온도의 차이를 색상으로 표현하여 육안으로 식별할 수 있는 열 화상 카메라부(500)가 포함되는 스마트 온열 마사지기에 있어서,
상기 온열 마사지부(300)는
원판 형상으로 끝단에 발열되는 온열 도자가 형성되어 열을 전달하는 고정형 온열 마사지부(310)와,
원판 형상의 회전구조 내측에 발열되는 온열 도자가 내장된 구조로 중심축을 기준으로 원을 그리며 360°회전되며 열을 전달하는 회전형 온열 마사지부(320)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 온열 마사지기.

원판 형상으로 손잡이부의 끝단에 결합되어 지지되고, 내측에 중심축을 기준으로 내측에 환형 홈이 형성되고, 환형 홈을 따라 원을 그리며 회전되는 회전 온열 도자를 지지하며 발열되는 회전 온열 도자의 전도열을 전달하는 온열 하우징(322)과,
온열 하우징의 내측 중심축 상단에 형성되어 환형 홈을 따라 회전 온열 도자를 회전시키는 회전 구동부(323)와,
온열 하우징의 내측 중심축을 기준으로 형성된 환형 홈에 삽입되고, 회전 구동부 전방 끝단에 형성되어 환형 홈을 따라 원을 그리며 회전되는 회전 온열 도자(324)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 온열 마사지기.
- 제4항에 있어서 온열 하우징(322)은
폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE), 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리스티렌(PS), 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌수지(ABS), 폴리염화비닐(PVC), 발포폴리스티렌(EPS) 중 선택되는 어느 2종 이상의 폐플라스틱 45.0 ~ 60.0 wt%와,
황마섬유 10.0 ~ 45.0 wt%와, 양마섬유 10.0 ~ 45.0 wt%와, 아마섬유 10.0 ~ 45.0 wt%를 100.0 wt%로 혼합 조성되는 혼천연섬유 8.0 ~ 20.0 wt%와,
에스이비에스(Styrene ethylene butylene block copolymer, SEBS), 에스비에스(Styrene butadiene styrene block copolymer, SBS), 이피알(Ethylene proplyene rubber, EPR)의 혼합으로 조성된 상용화제 4.0 ~ 10.0 wt%와,
적니의 무기충전제 1.0 ~ 15.0 wt%와,
카본블랙(Carbon black) 0.5 ~ 5.5 wt%와,
탈크(Talc) 0.5 ~ 5.5 wt%를 혼합하여 조성된 혼합물을 90 ~ 110 ℃의 열풍으로 2 ~ 5 시간 동안 건조하고,
200 ~ 220 ℃에서 500 ~ 700 rpm으로 블렌드하고,
블렌드 조성물을 분쇄한 다음 몰드에 넣고 압축기를 이용하여 180 ~ 220 ℃의 온도에서 5 ~ 15 분간 예열한 후 90 ~ 120 kgf/㎠의 압력으로 5 ~ 10 분 동안 압축성형하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 스마트 온열 마사지기.
- 제1항에 있어서 온열 석션부(400)는
중공형태의 반구 또는 반타원의 유리컵 형상으로 원형 둘레면이 피부에 밀착되고, 측면 내측방향에 진공홀이 형성되어 연결된 호스를 통해 진공압을 발생시켜 피부를 당겨올리며 온열을 발생시키는 유리컵 석션부(410)와,
중공형태의 반구 또는 반타원의 탄성컵 형상으로 원형 둘레면이 피부에 밀착되고, 상단 중앙 내측방향에 진공홀이 형성되어 연결된 호스를 통해 진공압을 발생시켜 피부를 당겨올리며 온열을 발생시키는 탄성컵 석션부(420)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 온열 마사지기.
- 제6항에 있어서 세라믹 석션부(410)는
후방 끝단이 제어모듈에 연결되고 전방 끝단이 석션 손잡이부를 관통하여 세라믹 온열 흡착부재의 진공홀과 연결된 호스 형상으로 제어모듈의 제어신호에 따라 세라믹 온열 흡착부재의 내부 공기를 흡입하는 석션 호스(411)와,
석션 호스의 전방이 길이방향으로 관통삽입되어 이루어진 손잡이 형상으로, 석션 호스와 세라믹 온열 흡착부재의 연결부분을 지지하고, 길이방향 전방 끝단에 세라믹 온열 흡착부재를 지지하며, 석션 호스의 내측을 따라 형성된 열선이 내측 일측에 삽입되어 세라믹 온열 흡착부재와 연결되는 열선부분을 지지하는 석션 손잡이부(412)와,
석션 손잡이부의 전방 끝단에 형성된 중공형태의 반구 또는 반타원의 세라믹컵 형상으로 상단 중앙 내측방향에 진공홀이 형성되고, 석션 손잡이부의 일측에 삽입된 열선이 연결되어 제어모듈의 제어신호에 따라 내부에 진공압을 형성하고, 온열을 발생시키는 세라믹 온열 흡착부재(413)가 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스마트 온열 마사지기.
- 제7항에 있어서 세라믹 온열 흡착 부재(413)는
규석(Quatz), 규조토(Diatomite), 규사(Silica sand), 알루미나(Alumina), 일라이트(Illite), 견운모(Sericite), 적점토(Red clay), 납석(Pyrophyllite), 맥반석(Bearly stone), 활석(Talc), 감람석(Serpentine), 지르콘(Zircon), 불석(Zeolite), 고령토(Kaoline), 석회석(Limestone), 석고(Gypsum), 화산재(Volcanic glass), 도석(Potery stone), 사문석(Olivine), 티타늄(Titanium), 바나듐(Vanadium), 게르마늄(Germanium), 셀레늄(Selenium) 중 선택되는 어느 2종 이상의 혼합으로 조성되는 광물혼합물을 2.5~7.0 ㎛로 분쇄하여 분말화하고,
상기 분말화한 광물혼합물 84~98.99wt%와, 전기석 1~15wt%, 은나노입자 0.01~1.5wt%를 혼합하여 100wt%의 제1혼합물을 조성하고,
상기 제1혼합물 65~90wt%에 물(water) 10~35wt%를 가하여 제2혼합물을 조성하고,
상기 제2혼합물을 10~800kg/㎠으로 가압 성형한 후, 건조시킨 다음 1,000~1,500℃의 고열로에 투입하여 20~25시간 가열 소성하여 방사체를 제조하고,
상기 제조된 방사체 표면을 세라믹 코팅처리하여 이루어지는 것으로서,
상기 세라믹 코팅은 카올리나이트(kaolinite) 분말 20~70wt%, SiO2(Silicon Oxide) 20~70wt%, TiO2(Titanate) 1~10wt%, 은나노입자 0.01~1.5wt%를 혼합하여 100wt%의 제1코팅용혼합물을 조성하고,
상기 제1코팅용혼합물(a) 80~95wt%와,
PVdF 바인더와, 아세톤(Acetone):DMF를 3:7의 무게비로 혼합한 혼합용매를 균일하게 교반하여 조성된 100wt%의 코팅용액(b) 중 5~20wt%를 600~900rpm으로 30분~90분 동안 교반하여 혼합하여 100wt%의 제2코팅용혼합물을 조성하고,
상기 제2코팅용혼합물 95~99.9wt%에 실리콘소포제 0.1~5wt%를 첨가하여 200~400rpm으로 10~30분 동안 교반하여 코팅액을 조성한 후, 상기 코팅액을 스프레이건을 이용하여 광물질 방사체 표면을 10~50㎛의 두께로 도포한 후, 그늘진 상온에서 완전건조시켜 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 스마트 온열 마사지기.
